As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

磨山坐落在武汉东湖边，是一个风景秀丽的旅游区。我们一伙先到磨山脚下的东湖，租了一条踩船，我、姐姐和她的同学一共五人上了船。我负责掌舵，姐姐们踩船。我们的船像个醉汉东摇西晃地向宽广的湖中间游去。突然，一艘船向我们的船横了过来，差一点跟我们的船亲上了，两船上的人都吓得怪叫。就在这千钧一发的时候，我慌忙地把船舵使劲地搬了一下，摆脱了那艘船。大家虑惊了一场，心情慢慢地平静下来了。小船载着我们的歌声笑声，向城洞划去。城洞很长很长，里面光线很暗，这是许多小朋友都喜欢玩地方。城洞内有很多小船，你挤着我，我撞着你，小朋友像打仗一样尽情地叫着闹着。
划完船，我们去爬磨山。有许多通向山顶的小路，路上的人密密麻麻，叔叔阿姨爷爷奶奶们，还有很多小朋友们，他们笑着说着高高兴兴地向山上走。山上有许许多多的`树木、花草，它们把这山装扮五颜六色，绚丽多彩。我们你追我赶地向山顶路奔去。山的最上面有一座直耸云天的塔，非常雄伟。我们沿着台阶向高塔登去，塔下面有人在那里表演节目，有唱歌的，有跳舞的，演奏乐器的，他们的精彩表演吸引了很多的观众，赢得了阵阵掌声。
傍晚，太阳慢慢地向后山归去，好像跟我们说，时间不早了，再见吧，我们恋恋不舍地离开了磨山。

星期六，我早早就起床了，妈妈将前一天泡了一夜的一碗豆子拿来给我磨，我左看右看，不知道豆浆怎么磨，只好请教妈妈。妈妈告诉我：先要把碗里装满水的`豆子拿过滤网把泡的水过滤掉，然后把豆浆机的量杯里面冲干净，将豆子放进去，按照刻度线再加入清水，盖好盖子、插好插头，另外豆浆机盖子上还有几个选择键，可以选……我摁下全豆豆浆摁钮，又摁下开始键，就要开始了。我兴致勃勃地等着。
咱家这豆浆机跟别的不一样，别的先磨后煮，而它是先煮后磨。煮的时候，它的加热管还会不停的冒泡泡呢！这泡泡像一只只小白蚁，它们不断地爆掉又不断地冒出来，有些在往上飞，有的在到处乱飞，让我眼花缭乱。过了好一会儿，它怎么还不磨呀！正在我不耐烦的时候，我听到“嘀嘀”两声，接着又听到“轰”一声响，我猜是豆浆机正在报到：“我要开始磨了，别被吓着。”接连着又间断听到三声“轰鸣”，豆浆好像磨好了，那白色的豆浆已经在“桶”里了，上面还盖了一层“泡泡被”。又过了一会儿，只听它又在报到：“嘀……”。我的豆浆磨好了啦……。
我把豆浆过滤出来，一闻，真香！我抢先喝了一口，然后给爸爸妈妈各端了一杯，他们喝了后赞不绝口。

要到磨山，必须围着东湖转半圈，磨山象一个受母亲关爱的孩子，一直享受在她温柔的怀抱里。东湖很有特色，象切成了块，湖面中间有一条路，车行驶在湖面的林荫道上，路旁种的全是水杉，我喜欢它们：挺拔的身躯，尖尖细细的叶子，新成长出来的带着嫩嫩的绿色，有一种毛茸茸的感觉。
一路伴着徐徐的清风，树丛中透过来斑驳的阳光，来到磨山下，春就象一位温柔多情的姑娘，用和风、细雨、暖阳为他披上了绿色的盛装，真的是层林尽染啊！磨山没有那多山的怪石嶙峋、奇峰异出，也许温和圆润就是他的性格。
磨山里有座楚城，尽管不是古城遗址，但对于喜欢一点历史的我来说，也是欣喜的，仿佛进入时空隧道，把我带入两千多年前战火纷纭、金戈铁马的年代，感受了楚文化的神韵---宽大雅致的服装、不鸣则已，一鸣惊人的庄王、独一无二的离碑、古朴的亭台楼榭、制作精美的编钟......这一切向我们展示着楚国的文化精髓，古人的勤劳和智慧。
可能是错过了杜鹃花盛开的季节吧，游人三三两两，可这里风和日丽、山清水秀、绿草如荫也不失为一片美景啊！夹竹桃正竞相开放，红色白色零乱的点缀在枝头，而三叶草呢？粉色的花朵朵含笑，铺成了花的柔毯，无数个小小的花儿，盈盈笑开，装饰着如梦的春天。是的啊！再平凡再普通但也一样有属于自己的春天！我俗人一个喜欢这些朴实无华的花儿，来和它们最亲密的接触吧！无法拥抱它们，就在花毯下留个纪念吧！“嘻嘻，你坐在花丛中，那些花就会迅速枯萎去”，女儿又在损我。也许，我是现代版的‘羞花’，也许是花儿太美，不愿与我为伍...
磨山不高，至高点就的“楚天台”了，踏着一步步的台阶，来到顶点，往下眺望，郁郁葱葱的树林、青山绿水、亭台楼阁尽在眼底收，真有种“极目楚天舒”的感觉。
在山林中游走着，清幽宁静，不觉中到了山的后门，于是乘船沿水路返回，这样快捷轻松。临水而行，风显得分外清新凉爽，似乎不沾世俗的尘埃，富氧的空气让人神清气爽、心旷神怡。远望对岸，天地一片苍茫，真的是“天水一色”；又似乎烟雾袅绕一般，难怪古人云“烟波江上使人愁”，愁我是没有的，只是小船飘荡着无垠的湖面让我感到自身的\'渺小，东湖用宽阔的胸膛，造就了这里的碧水青山 ，养育了荆楚的儿女们, 滋润了万物生灵。
到了前门，依然恋恋不舍地登上楚城门，看看这里的春江碧水，伟岸的水杉，抚摸着城墙的石块，石块上有一道道凿痕，犹如一位老人用满脸的皱纹述说着历经的沧桑和苦难。
东湖磨山让我欣赏的不仅仅是秀美如画的风景，也让我领略楚文化的风韵，这些都会深入我的心灵，在我的脑海里留下不可磨灭的印记。

正月初八，恰逢周末。女儿﹑女婿平时上班工作忙，难得有空闲时间，这一天，他们对我们说，带我们去磨山去玩玩，我当然高兴得不得了。
我们吃罢早饭，大家稍做了一些出行的准备，带着俩孙孙驱车直奔磨山风景区。等我们风风火火地赶到这儿，风景区早已是游人如织、人山人海。我们费了九牛二虎之力，好不容易才找到了一个停车位，安好小车。按照女儿、女婿的想法，女儿和她妈妈照看好两个小孩子。因为我们从家里早就跟他们准备好了滑板车、三轮自行车。大孙孙骑滑板车，小外孙骑三轮自行车，我和女婿每人各租一辆自行车代步。
我从女婿手里接过一辆自行车，左手滑动脚踏板，一个燕子亮翅的姿势飞身上了自行车，两手紧握自行车龙头，双眼目视前方，自行车像一条游动的水蛇穿梭在来来往往的人群中。二十多年没玩这玩意儿，起初，还有些不熟练，有些放不开，拘谨得很。女儿见了后，鼓励着我：
“爸爸，您就大胆地骑吧！不要怕！”
不一会儿，我也找回了二十多年前骑自行车的感觉，骑得也比较得心应手。脚踩踏板只一蹬，自行车像箭一般早已飞出了十多米。我骑在自行车上，沿环湖甬道轻松自然的行进着，那远处的群山，参天的大树，穿梭的游客，碧绿的湖水，构成了一幅绝美的田园山水图画，置身其中，怡然自得，似乎进入了忘我的境界。
东湖磨山景区位于东湖东岸，三面环水，六峰相连，山水相依，素有“十里长湖，八里磨山”之称，风景极佳。山北有以楚文化为内涵的.楚文化游鉴区；山南有以湖水地区乡土植物为主的十三个植物专类园；西部山头有纪念朱德为东湖题词的朱碑亭。磨山景区从北开始，依次建有楚天极目、天台晨曦、常春花苑、朱碑亭等四景。
秀丽的山水，丰富的植物，别致的园中园和浓郁的楚风情是磨山景区的四大特点。三十三平方公里的东湖碧水在她的东西北三面紧紧环绕，使她犹如一座美丽的半岛。在这里登高峰而望清涟，踏白浪以览群山，从中使我体味到了各种山水之精妙。由于充足雨量与光照，使这里各种观赏树种达二百四十多种，二百余万株。有“绿色宝库”之赞誉，这里成了花的海洋，光的世界。其中梅花、樱花、荷花、兰花、杜鹃花、月季、桂花、桃花最为著名，有好多名贵花卉研究中心就设在磨山景区。
身处梅园、樱花园、桂花园在我眼前呈现出了五彩斑斓、姹紫嫣红的画面：梅花芳香并耐寒没有菊花那样婀娜多姿，没有月季那样绚丽，没有牡丹那样富贵，没有米兰花那么淡雅但。
傲雪欺霜，迎雪吐艳，凌寒留香，铁骨冰心，这种坚韧不拔，自强不息的崇高品格和坚贞气节，给人以拼搏奋进，英勇顽强的精神启迪。
美丽的樱花灿若朝霞，白如初雪，漫山遍野花海如织，千姿百态，令人目不暇接。那金秋桂花盛开季节，花朵黄白色、淡黄色或是桔黄色，且花朵茂密、香味甜郁，给人神清气爽。看着想着，我似乎也成了百花丛中的一分子。
