伍谦光(1995∶200指出:“‘语音歧义’往往是由于句中词语的‘连续’而产生的歧义。”语音歧义多出现于口语中,主要是由上图表中的同音异义词以及部分同形同音异义中的C类(即一些意义不同,但某些语法形式相同的词(Homoforms造成的。下面是一实例:

(22“面包是怎么做的?”

“这我知道!”阿丽丝热心地叫道。

“准备一些面粉(flour——”

“到哪儿去采花(flower?”白女王问道,“花园里还是树篱上?”

“咦,面粉不是采(picked来的,”阿丽丝解释道,

上面这一段文字因为运用了语音歧义,造成了很好的幽默效果。首先flour与flower是同音异义词,因此白女王把面粉flour理解成了花粉flower。其次阿丽丝用的ground是动词grind(磨碎、碾碎的过去分词,而白女王把ground理解成了“土地”。这一组就是笔者认为的由意义不同、但某些语法形式相同的词(Homoforms造成的语音歧义。

桂花鸭是南京的著名小吃,这鸭皮白肉嫩、肥而不腻,又因最好吃的鸭在桂花盛开的季节制作,所以又有桂花鸭的美称。

中秋节时,我和妈妈来到南京,就是为了尝一尝这驰名中外的.桂花鸭。

制作桂花鸭一点也不难,先准备一只光鸭,里外用盐擦匀;将料酒和桂花糖放入碗内调匀,将碗放入砂锅中,锅中注入半锅清水,再搁一个“井”字竹架,将鸭子放在架子上,盖上盖。先用旺火蒸1小时,后用小火蒸30分钟左右,一直蒸到香气扑鼻为止。开锅,取出大碗,将碗内余汁浇于鸭面上即可。

等了好久,服务员才端来一盘白嫩嫩、油光光的桂花鸭。

桂花鸭的样子也不赖,肉切得大小适中,白花花的鸭皮盖在又肥又嫩的鸭肉上,在鸭骨头上还有小块的、又香又脆的鸭脆骨,看了就让我垂涎三尺!

桂花鸭不仅样子好看,味道也是一流哦!我迫不及待地拿起筷子,夹起一块肉就往嘴里送,吃一口,肉嫩多汁,咸淡适中,香而不膻。让那无与伦比的味道在嘴中回荡,真是回味无穷啊!每一块鸭肉都又酥又嫩,里面不但有桂花的清香,还有鸭子的鲜美,不愧有“桂花鸭”的美誉。

蘸上桂花卤的桂花鸭更是别有一番风味,那味道清香爽口,香鲜味美,真是鸭子中的极品啊!
