开始自由活动了，我把球往上一抛，双手一合球被我垫出老远，我只好追着球跑了好远。我不服气重新来了一次，可球好像和我作对，不是垫高，就是从我手上“逃脱”直落地下。我灰心了，球往地上一放，屁股往上一坐休息了。老师走过来对我讲解说：“站起来，我重行教你，球往上垫，而不是往旁边垫！”我看了老师的姿势，大拇指一定要伸直，掌握要领后，我继续练，一个、两个、三个……在我不懈努力下，我终于学会垫球了。
我学会垫球后，边垫眼睛还往旁边一看，一看吓我一跳，王彦东把排球正当足球踢呢，正在和冯忆文，你来我往的玩得热火朝天呢！只见冯忆文一脚飞传，弄得王彦东束手无策，可他不甘示弱，但面对冯忆文的强烈攻击，他只能勉强招架，我冲进去帮王彦东，就和冯忆文玩了。
玩得痛快的时候“叮铃铃”下课了，我意犹未尽地走向球筐，摸一把额头的汗想：玩得真痛快啊。
