事实告诉我们，过去已成定局，无可改变，我们只有牢牢地把握现在，勇敢地去开创未来。因此，与其留在昨日的叹息中，不如趁自己还能走，还有听，还能看，还能思考，多走一段精彩，多看一场美丽，多想一点幸福……不走不动，不看不想，哪会有希望?哪会有现状的改变?
时间可以苍老一尊容颜，淡化一些记忆，改变一抹风暴，但恬淡明朗的心情，你若坚守它毅然不会丢失。

人生几多无奈，几多感慨，几多繁杂，几多悲哀。喧嚣浮世，想要追寻的很多，能属于我们的甚少，所以不必苦苦纠结，选择放下，坦然释怀;选择安静，摒弃尘埃。
总会在无数的挣扎后，才会大彻大悟，原来生活中最快乐的状态，就是在平淡与平凡的生活中没有丢失自己，给自己一个最真实的交代，这个交代就是接受。
每个人都在争取一个完满的人生，然而，世界上没有绝对完满的东西。所以，有缺憾才是恒久，不完满才叫人生。其实，最好的境界就是花未开全，月未圆，给膨胀留一点升腾的余地，给单调留一点饱满的空间，接受，让离开的离开，继续，让继续的继续，改变可以改变的，接受不可以改变的。
