Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.

建构主义学习理论把创设情境看做是“意义建构”的必要前提。在小学英语教学中，教师可利用多媒体和其他直观教学手段，创设有利于学习者建构意义的情景，加强对句型的感知与理解。例如，为了教学生“行为动词一般现在时态的一般疑问句式及其肯定和否定回答方式”，一位教师在教室前的黑板上方悬挂了一个气球，邀请一个男生和一个女生进行触摸气球的竞赛，并发出“Jump high and touch the balloon”的指令。男生跳得高，碰到了气球;女生则没有触摸到气球。这时，教师很自然地指着男生问其他学生：Does he iump high?学生回答：Yes，he does，再指着女生问：Does she jump high?教师得到的回答自然是No，she doesn’t，这样。学生就在这个真实的情景中自然地理解了该句型的意义。

到现在，我都还记得那一天，早上上语文课，语文曹老师问了我们一个问题，我想了想，心理已经知道了一个答案，但是，我不能确定我的答案完全正确，还有点恐惧，怕说错了，同学们笑我，于是，我没有举手，老师随便点名，结果却点到了我！我急忙站起来，心里有些紧张，七上八下，腿都发抖了，于是，便在心里对自己说：“别紧张，只不过是一次发言而已”，我鼓足了勇气，把我的答案结结巴巴地说了出来，刚说完，我吓的吐舌头，赶紧坐下，我万万没有想到，语文曹老师竟然走到我前面，响亮地说：“真好！你说地答案太好了！……”我愣住了！老师说我回答得好？我甚至怀疑自己地听力！老师忽然拍拍我的肩，如阳光般温暖，我猛然惊醒！抬起头，与老师温柔地目光相对，她亲切的对我说：“为什么不举手呢？你说得很好啊！下次要勇于举手发言哦！老师相信你！”真的！老师对我说她相信我！从那一刻，我心里充满了希望，充满了自信。就因为老师得一句话，使我克服了内心的恐惧！您像春蚕，奉献了自己，温暖了别人；您像园丁，不辞劳苦。曹老师，我永远忘不了您亲切的话语，永远忘不了您温柔的目光，永远忘不了您鼓励我的第一句话，永远忘不了您一切的一切……
