我们的民族一直被公认为“礼仪之邦”，意思就是说，我们是一个有礼貌、有道德的高尚民族。
礼貌两个字告诉我们什么呢？礼貌及时良好品德的表现，又是一个高尚文明的表现，只要你懂礼貌，它可以使人相处的更加融洽吗，更加和谐，所以礼貌对于我么人类来说是非常重要的。
你想，假如一个人没礼貌，那么它容易使别人对你产生厌倦感，以后，别人就会远离你，你很难得到别人的帮助。不懂礼貌，会给你今后的生活带来很多不便，别人会认为你没教养，不愿意与你相处，会认为你是一个浮夸的人，让别人对你处处警惕，长此下去，你就会被别人孤立。所以不懂礼貌对你今后的为人处事都是很严重的。
反过来讲，你如果是一个有礼貌的人，别人会认为你是受过一个良好家庭教育有修为的人。长大之后，对你踏上社会，对你所从事的工作会有很大的帮助，再加上你的聪明才智会对你所从事的事业蒸蒸日上。所以，我们必须从小养成讲礼貌的好习惯。
礼貌要怎样培养呢？其实礼貌问题在我们日常生活中经常碰到，接受别人的帮助要学会道谢，冲撞了别人要立即道歉，见到长辈要主动问好……
只有在讲礼貌，懂文明的社会生活里我们才能相处的更加和谐，更加愉快。所以我们一定要更加重视礼貌问题。

我曾经看到这样一个故事，它让我知道了用礼貌来对待他人。
故事的内容是：曾经有一个蛮横无比的男孩儿，常常对身边的人大发雷霆。一天，父亲给了他一包钉子，要他每次“无礼”后在院子的栅栏上钉一颗钉子。无礼也伤害了自己，男孩儿在碰壁中逐步学会了自我反省和调节，行为有了明显的转变。这时，父亲建议道：“如果你能坚持一天不发脾气，就从栅栏上拔下一颗钉子。”男孩儿照做了，经过一段时间，终于把栅栏上所有的钉子都拔掉了。父亲拉着他的手来到栅栏旁，说：“儿子，你做得很好，我真高兴，可是你看看，钉子留下那么多的小孔，栅栏再也不是原来的样子了。当你对别人无礼后，你的言行就像钉孔一样在人们的心灵中留下疤痕。无论你说多少次对不起，那疤痕都永远存在。
看完这个故事，我顿时觉得我和那个小男孩有些相似。
回想自己从前经常对家人发火，而且都很厉害，对他们也没有礼貌，只会造成伤害。每次吵完架，心里肯定很难过。
如果我在和家人吵架之前能调节一下自己的情绪，那样也许就不会让家人的心里留下疤痕。难道做错了一件事，还要继续错下去吗？应该不能再错下去了。‘吃一堑，长一智’，不不能，绝对不能继续错下去，难道给家人造成的伤害还不够吗？
随着我的成长，自然会反省和调节自己以前的行为。
那位父亲的话使我有所感悟：即使在对别人发过火后再向他道歉也弥补不了你刚刚的言行，给他的伤害也许一直都会存在。
让我们礼貌待人，俗说中国是一个‘礼仪之邦’的国家，不要再给他人造成伤害吧！
