昨天，老师带着我们一、二年级的小朋友去植物园春游。虽然从学校到植物园有些远，可这一路上，同学们还是有说有笑。

公路两旁的田野里最抢眼的要数那金灿灿的`油菜花了，就像绿地毯上缝着一个个黄格子。春风把公路两旁的山都换上了绿装，清清的小河沿着公路静静地流着，花瓣儿洒了小河一身。

走了好久，我们终于来到了植物园。植物园的桃花盛开了，远远望去就像一片粉红的朝霞。艳丽的月季花也竞相开放，一朵朵的花儿就像在参加选美大赛。不远处的池塘里，鱼儿互相追逐着，还有一群群的小蝌蚪正在找妈妈。池塘边的柳树已经长出了新叶子，长长的绿辫子正随风摆动。一阵风吹来，小树林里的树叶都飘落下来，像漫天飞舞的紫蝴蝶。春天怎么会落叶呢，我仔细一看这些飘落下来的树叶都是紫红的，我想那是春风姐姐在为小树换新装吧。

我们走累了，老师和我们就在这片小树林里休息了。有几个同学在打牌，人虽然小，可脑子却很灵活;有几个小朋友一起放风筝，一个拿着风筝另一个跑着，虽然跑了半天没有放飞成功，但他们还是很开心;还有的小朋友干脆就躺在草地上享受日光浴……

植物园的春光真美，有了我们的这春光更美了。

One hunchback saw the signboard, believed it to be true, and asked for treatment.

有一个驼背，看到招牌，果然信以为真，就请他医治。

The doctor neither gave any prescription, nor let the patient take any medicine. All the medical instrument he had was two boards for pressing. One board was put on the ground, on which the hunchback was told to lie on his stomach. Another board was pressed on and tied tightly with the hunchback. Then the doctor jumped onto the board and trampled upon it at random with all his might. As a result, the hunchback was straightened, but, alas, he was "dead and gone" also.

今天，爸爸妈妈带我去了植物园。

保定植物园位于保定市区的北部，总占地110公顷，全园以植物造景为主，主要展示各种植物姿态和多种植物相互搭配的自然野趣。至今引进各种植物500余种。

我经过南门前的广场，看见门口巨大石头上写着：保定植物园。抬头看见几棵高大的人工树木造景互相缠绕。进入园内首先看到第一组景观：花园大道，长315米，宽40米，主景为中间22米的绿色景观区。花园大道东侧是春花园，西侧是秋色园，此园一年四季彩叶缤纷，在秋高气爽只时，漫步园中，那红彤彤、黄橙橙的秋叶秋果更是美不胜收。

秋色园的正北方向是尧园，尧园面积138亩，其中水面面积59亩，并与竹园水系形成统一水系，展示唐尧文化，也是目前河北省最大的岩生园景竹园水系区。园内规划有各式桥梁9座，设有水榭、木亭、木栈台、花架等建筑小品，并建有尧母洞、先祖洞，洞内有展示我国神话传说的壁画。尧洞东侧是树木园，它包括竹园、忍冬园、木樨园、槐香园、蔷薇园……

我们顺路游览到了植物园的北边，我给大家介绍植物园，希望大家有时间去那里呼吸一下新鲜空气。

At last hereturned to his palace quite cast down， because hewished so much to have a real Princess for his wife.

One evening a fearful tempest arose， it thundered and lightened， and the rain poureddown from the sky in torrents： besides， it was as dark as pitch. All at once there was heard aviolent knocking at the door， and the old King， the Prince's father， went out himself toopen it.

It was a Princess who was standing outside the door. What with the rain and the wind，she was in a sad condition; the water trickled down from her hair，and her clothes clung to herbody. She said she was a real Princess.

“Ah! we shall soon see that!” thought the old Queen-mother; however， she said not aword of what she was going to do; but went quietly into the bedroom，took all the bed-clothes off the bed， and put three little peas on the bedstead. She then laid twenty mattressesone upon another over the three peas， and put twenty feather beds over the mattresses.

Upon this bed the Princess was to pass the night.

the next morning she was asked how she had slept. “Oh， very badly indeed!” she replied. “I have scarcely closed my eyes the whole night through. I do not know what was in my bed，but I had something hard under me， and am all over black and blue. It has hurt me so much!”

Now it was plain that the lady must be a real Princess， since she had been able to feel thethree little peas through the twenty mattresses and twenty feather beds. None but a realPrincess could have had such a delicate sense of feeling.

the Prince accordingly made her his wife; being now convinced that he had found a realPrincess. The three peas were however put into the cabinet of curiosities， where they are stillto be seen， provided they are not lost.

Wasn't this a lady of real delicacy?

豌豆公主

从前有一位王子，他想找一位公主结婚，但她必须是一位真正的公主。

他走遍了全世界，想要寻到这样的一位公主。可是无论他到什么地方，他总是碰到一些障碍。公主倒有的是，不过他没有办法断定她们究竟是不是真正的公主。她们总是有些地方不大对头。

结果，他只好回家来，心中很不快活，因为他是那么渴望着得到一位真正的.公主。

有一天晚上，忽然起了一阵可怕的暴风雨。天空在掣电，在打雷，在下着大雨。这真有点使人害怕!

这时，有人在敲门，老国王就走过去开门。

站在城外的是一位公主。可是，天哪!经过了风吹雨打之后，她的样子是多么难看啊!水沿着她的头发和衣服向下面流，流进鞋尖，又从脚跟流出来。

她说她是一个真正的公主。

“是的，这点我们马上就可以考查出来。”老皇后心里想，可是她什么也没说。她走进卧房，把所有的被褥都搬开，在床榻上放了一粒豌豆。于是她取出二十床垫子，把它们压在豌豆上。随后，她又在这些垫子上放了二十床鸭绒被。

这位公主夜里就睡在这些东西上面。

早晨大家问她昨晚睡得怎样。
