医患对话英语小作文【二】
我相信一个医学生和其他人的观影感受是不一样的。不可否认的是，我在看这部片子的时候觉得patch是个对医学充满热情，十分幽默有趣，想法很多的人，也常常为他扮小丑，扮天使捧腹大笑。这部影片具备通常一部成功的片子有的卖点，笑点还算多，有浪漫的爱情，是主角从受人歧视反转成十分受人尊敬的存在这种大爽文类型。然而，我并不完全认同这部片子的观点。
第一，按照剧中众人的表现，patch是下课绝不复习，整天表现得不务正业然后考了近满分全班第一的成绩。这种情况有可能吗?医学绝对是要投入大量时间去记忆背诵才能掌握的学科，除非是过目不忘的人，但是在剧中这方面并没有提及，所以我想patch的设定应该是一个普通天资的人。也许编剧想表现出因为patch对医患关系之间有自己独到的认识，所以具备了做一个成功的医生的素质，所以就可以在考场上也一帆风顺了，我们要注意到医患平等属于一种观念，是医德的范畴，而考试考的是基础知识，是医术的范畴。并不会因为你认为医患平等就可以无师自通的知道四型超敏反应的机制。编剧的目的也许是为了凸显出这种观念在医学教育中的重要性，才夸张地表现了这种观念带来的成绩上的不同，然而，这种做法简单粗暴地鼓吹了观念的重要，忽视了兢兢业业踏踏实实地学习的努力。
第二，片子将近结尾，我也没有看到patch在治疗病人上展现除了插科打诨，扮丑逗乐以外的能力。医生之所以为医生，最重要还是因为他有医术吧。而patch在片中没有任何和医术有关的行为。反而将医疗器械作为取乐的工具，他的行为是肯定会对器械造成损害和污染的。病人要将自己的生命放心地交给医生是要付出多么重的信任，如果我们是病人，看到医生像patch这样的`行为，会认为他是一个谨慎，医术高超的医生吗?看电影时patch的表现确实可乐，但是如果一个医院里每一个医生都是像这样的，那该有多吵闹，多混乱呢。记得曾经一个临床心理方向的老师和我们说，为什么现在医患关系这么差呢，有一个很重要的原因就是医生的权威被打破了。主任医师现在只要给红包就会和你勾肩搭背，喝酒吃饭了。以前的主任医师都是病人不怎么见得到的。就是因为有这种距离感，所以病人觉得医生很权威，很信任他，不像现在的病人不相信医生的医术，觉得是他们的无能才造成亲人的亡。我认为，在这位老师看来，patch的行为就大大破坏了医生的权威。医患平等，并不该通过医生扮丑角逗笑病人来做到。
第三，在片中，我认为把过多本不应该由医生负责的责任划分在医生身上，加重了医生的工作负担。现代社会的标志之一就是职业的细化。比如说当病人不愿意吃饭时，这个问题该不该医生负责呢?我觉得应该由看护或者医院里的心理科承担起来。医生应该记住病人的名字，在和病人对话时要与病人对视，要用平等的态度和病人交往，这些我认为确实有道理。但是这不代表医生就该对病人的一切了若指掌，对他的生活事无巨细。The future shock里面提到，现代社会中，人与人之间的关系更局限于某一个方面，而不是每一个方面，这是由人员流动加大等现代社会的不可避免的特点决定的。医患关系在课本中也有提到，具有时限性，这种特殊的关系只局域于医生治疗病人的这一段时间。
总的来说，我认同这部影片希望医患关系更加平等的主题，但是我并不认同夸张的表达方式，和片中展现出的希望医患关系改进的方面。
