As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

清晨的校园是恬静的，在淡淡的晨雾中，教学楼若隐若现，像是在和我们捉迷藏。一阵风吹来，几片落在地上的树叶，跳起舞来，唱着“沙沙的歌。操场旁边的树和草也不甘示弱，相互微微地点着头，好像在说：“孩子们，欢迎大家来参加运动会，希望大家都赛出好成绩!
随着同学们穿着校服精神抖擞地来到学校，校园逐渐热闹了起来。开幕马上开始了，护旗手们高举着鲜艳的五星红旗，迈着矫健的步伐走过主席台，紧接着，雄壮的国歌声响彻校园上空，红艳艳的国旗在全体师生专注而庄严地注视下冉冉升起。随着校长郑重宣布“金阳小学第八届运动会正式开始!,校园立即沸腾起来，运动员们在班主任的带领下，向比赛场地出发，运动会正式拉开帷幕。
这是我们四年级的同学第一参加学校运动会，尽管还懵懵懂懂，不太知道参加运动会是什么滋味，但大家的参与热情都非常高，跳高、实心球、立定跳远、4×100米拉力赛等项目都能看到我们班运动员的风采。
瞧，那个满脸涨得通红，跃跃欲试的“大高个，不正是我们班的“大力士林梓英吗?只见他眼睛看着远处的目标，憋住所有力气，充满力量的手臂，用力一投，实心球在空中化成了一道美丽的弧线……“10.05米。当裁判员喊出成绩的时候，场上立刻爆发出雷鸣般的掌声。原来，林梓英的.这一投，刷新了我们四年级的实心球记录，林梓英真是太棒了，我真为他感到骄傲!
再看看这边的跳高比赛，我们班的运动员，灵活得像羚羊一般，强劲的弹跳力令我们赞叹不已。
与此同时，跳远、接力赛等项目也在紧张地进行着，运动员们，一个个奋勇争先、顽强拼搏，赛出了水平、也赛出了风格。
场边的啦啦队员们也不甘示弱，“加油!加油!“往前冲啊!“坚持住!“你是最棒的!……加油声、呐喊声响彻云霄、此起彼伏、一浪高过一浪，给运动员们增强了勇气、增添了信心!好不热闹!
这次运动会持续了四个多小时，在整个比赛过程中，我看到了运动员们努力拼搏的精神，看到了同学们互助互爱的精神。这是一场充实又有意义的运动会，我真期待下一届运动会的到来!

盼望已久的北京奥运会马上开始了。
打开电视机，响亮的击缶声过后，开始倒计时一串火焰围着鸟巢飞了一圈又一圈，接着烟花不断，击缶声不断；从天安门发起的烟花历史足迹，一共29个，表示这是29届奥运会。落下的脚印变成梦幻五环，被一名名飞天仙女托起。
一个小女孩出现在镜头，她唱起《歌唱祖国》。她那清脆而又甜美的童音，像百灵鸟在歌唱。歌唱中，五十六个民族的小朋友托着五星红旗，来到升旗台边，全体起立，升国旗、唱国歌。观众席上的不同肤色的观众也仰望中国国旗，高声唱起中国国歌。当我们听着外国人也唱起中国国歌，我们是万分激动、热沸腾。国歌声刚刚落地，空中喜庆的烟花绽放开了，礼花五彩缤纷、拥有各种各样的形状，美丽极了；此时，孔子的三千弟子出现在我们眼前。他们一直念：“子曰：学而时习之，不亦乐乎。有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎。”那三千弟子用活字印刷术的板子展现了一个又一个的“和”字，光“和”字就这么多写法，我相信，外国人一定看得目瞪口呆；这一个个“和”字代表中国、世界想过和平，安定的生活。一群戏剧演员走上舞台，仔细一看，原来主角是一个个可爱的提线木偶；又一个高潮到了：一只只船队来到了舞台，原来他们是去海上丝绸之路的。这不正说明了我国古代的航海技术就很高超呀！
终于到了最高潮，火炬手开始在场内开始传递了，神秘的最后一棒火炬手终于来了，啊！原来是李宁，李宁居然神奇地“飞”了起来，“飞”过了一幅长长的`画卷，来到了主火炬前，点燃了主火炬，这时全国人民激动的心情无法用语言表达……
啊！中国，你能把奥运开幕式办得这么好！真是前无古人，还有可能是后无来者。总而言之这次开幕式是历史上最好的一次了，它做到了“人文奥运，绿色奥运”——两个办好奥运的重要目的。中国人民称赞它，世界人民也称赞它，它是我们中国人民的骄傲

奥运场上，有很多运动员我很关注。比如坚强的李小鹏、俏皮的龙清泉、漂亮的郭晶晶……但我最关心的还是我心目中的英雄——飞人刘翔！
20xx年8月18日11点许，在全场的`口哨、掌声、呐喊、闪光灯中，一身红色战袍的刘翔终于出现在了现场。他做着准备活动，捶着自己的双腿。大屏幕上的镜头给了刘翔一个特写，没有以往的那种气，也没有瞪眼的表情，而是……眉头紧皱！忍痛我的心“咯噔”跳了一下，难道他受伤了吗？我再看跑道穿着长裤的刘翔正回身往起跑方向走，他似乎有点跛？镜头再次给了刘翔特写，没错，那表情不叫气腾腾，而是痛苦不堪。我心里暗暗祈祷：刘翔，千万要顶住，我在支持你！全中国人都在支持你！
11点53分，比赛开始了！刘翔也蹲在起跑器前。发令枪响了，有人抢跑，并不是刘翔。所有人都停下脚步准备重来。刘翔也马上身往回走，可他却伸手撕下了贴在短裤上的道次标牌，披上了外面的衣服，开始往入场运动员通道走去……我愣了，现场所有的观众都站了起来，所有人脸上都呆若木鸡。
几秒钟后，赛场音响响起主持人的声音：“对不起，非常遗憾。我国选手刘翔退出比赛，将无缘110米栏的卫冕。”听到这个消息，我简直不敢相信，难道就这么结束了吗？金牌呢？这可是一枚稳操胜劵的金牌啊！刘翔！你为什么这时候受伤？我真的很失望呢！
可是稍后的新闻发布会上，有着父子般感情的教练孙海平痛哭失声的解释让我更加震惊了，也让我知道了一个运动员的艰辛和痛苦！其实，刘翔是最想拿金牌的，他也尽力了。却不能如愿以偿。最难过痛苦的应该是他。我们应该原谅他，支持他，不能因为一次的失败就忘记他曾经给我们带来的欢乐和荣誉感，自豪感！
刘翔，我们会理解你、善待你、支持你的，你永远是我心目中的英雄！我会继续为你加油，希望你好好养伤，跑出更好的成绩，为祖国争取更大的荣耀！
