Please accept my resignation as associate chemist at the GERT Institute. I plan to leave my job here on September 30, 19–, taking a few days of annual leave just prior to that effective date. As you know, my primary interest has been in the oil and gas industry. Therefore, I’ve accepted a position with Fury Refining, Inc., that should put me back in touch with my “first love.” Although I’m eager to accept the challenges in this new position, I regret leaving the institute. 老师都是舍己为人的，他们为使我们能更好的学习，不辞辛劳的为我们讲课，你看，哪一位老师在为我们讲解的时候，不是晚上在认真的备课，书本上大大小小的笔迹就可以说明，如果不是认真的备课，哪来这么多记录，哪来这么多的抄写，都是老师尽职尽责的做事，我们才有今天的成就，有一句古诗说得好，正好可以形容老师这种无私的奉献精神，“春蚕到丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”老师就像蚕，把自己一生的学问都教给了我们，让我们成为有用的人。

我也想像老师一样，培养出许多优秀的人才，少年强则国强，少年智则国智，我会根据每一个学生的性格和爱好，制定出合理的教学计划，让他们朝着自己喜欢的.方向去发展，得到人们的赞同，每个孩子都有受教育的权利，对待他们我不会偏心，我会一视同仁，把自己的知识带给别的孩子，让他们有梦想，自己为他们的梦想奋斗，实现自己的愿望。任何梦想都离不开自己的双手，只有脚踏实地的去奋斗，我们的梦想将会被实现，相信我梦想的小舟，能牵动祖国这艘航母，驶向美好未来。
