议论文由以下几部分组成：引言（主题、背景和观点），正文（分论点、论据和论证），回应反方论点（列出反方论点，并说明你的论点优于反方论点），结论（重申论点，总结论证，并最后说服读者）。

信的'格式一般包括五部分内容：
1．称呼。要顶格写，称呼后面要加冒号。为了表示亲切或尊重，可以在称呼前加“敬爱的”、“亲爱有”等词语；有些在称呼后加上“老师”、“同学”、“阿姨”等表示关系， ，辈份的词语。
2．正文。正文是书信的主要部分，要分段写明，一段写一个意思。如果是回信，可以按对方来信想要了解的事情逐一写出。
3．祝语。祝贺的话既要表示自己的祝愿心情，也是一种礼貌。祝语应另一行写，如果分两行写，第二行应顶格。祝语要注意对方的年龄、辈份、职业等情况，写时要符合身份。
4．署名。自己的名字应写在右下方，前面也可以写上“弟”、“妹”、“同学”、“学生”等表示关系的词语。
5．日期。日期写在名字的下一行，一般只写月、日即可。
