前几我发烧了，全身没力气，妈妈陪我早早地上了床。在空调房间里，在柔和的灯光下，她给我朗读文学大师梅子涵的'哲学名句。我斜躺着，一边玩着小玩意儿，一边听她有声有色的朗读，那感觉真是太好了！完全不像以前那样，一会儿干这，一会儿干那……那个夜晚，我觉得特别温馨，感觉这样是种享受。我挽着妈妈的手，甜甜地睡着了。
生病还很难受哇！白天要在医院与家里奔波，吃药打针……晚上还要忍受不能玩耍的痛苦。晚饭后，我们来到小山公园散步，看见同学们在踢足球，我脚痒痒，也去踢了一脚。妈妈怕我累，不让我踢。我心里好难受，真想和健康孩子一起玩耍呀。我一再扭头央求妈妈让我踢会儿，可她就是不同意。我想：“我越看越想踢，干脆不看了。”于是，我闷闷不乐地回了家。

吃饭了，一桌子的美味佳肴，有鸭、鸡、牛、菜，等丰盛的食品，我却不想吃也没有胃口吃，这时我的.头越来越疼疼得我无法忍受了，爸爸见我脸色不好没穿上外衣就背我跑出了家门呢个时候外面还是雪天，爸爸快速的跑着那个时候早已十二点三十多了。我糊糊涂涂的，影影约约的听见了“曾册勋坚持住就快到医院了，加油！儿子。”我勉强的说：“我快不行了老爸。”只听啪地一声我就什么事都不知道了。等我醒来的时候，家人们全都到了，哥哥说：“是你爸爸把你背过来的，你都昏迷了一夜发高烧烧到了三十九度，你爸爸一晚上都在看着你希望你醒来，看，这不奶奶叫他睡他才睡，这时我才明白爸爸有多好。
就这样我和爸爸度过了一个生病的夜晚。

When they had done so, he placed the faggot into the hands of each of them in succession, and ordered them to break it in pieces. They each tried with all their strength, and were not able to do it.
He next unclosed the faggot, and took the sticks separately, one by one, and again put them into their hands, on which they broke them easily. He then
addressed them in these words: "My sons, if you are of one mind, and unite to assist each other, you will be as this faggot, uninjured by all the attempts of your enemies; but if you are divided among yourselves, you will be broken as easily as these sticks."
