Thank you for offering me education and teaching me how to be a man. You always inspire me not by words， but by what you have done! Your efforts in the work， your loyalty to your friends， your responsibility for the family and your persistence in the life have already set me good examples in my own life.

Now the first thing I have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.

您好!

提笔写这封信，是为了向您表示心中的感激之情：生活中送来无微不至的关怀;学习上循循善诱;做人时严格要求……有您撒下爱的阳光，我才能从一棵小树苗茁壮地一棵参天大树。

说起妈妈的爱，很多人都会提到几年如一日的接着。可您不光白天接送我上下学，晚上读兴趣班也来等待。我们家住在清源山脚下，离市区特别远，我曾在心里默默地算过：接送一趟至少得走5公里，几年坚持下来，应该可以绕地球一圈了吧。

这天晚上，上完作文兴趣班，透过窗外一瞧，天早就暗下来啦。我焦急地想：天气预报说今晚会下雨，还刮六七级的大风，不知道您会不会来接我?走出教室，拉开艺术中心的玻璃门，一股寒风夹着小雨吹进来，我全身的鸡皮疙瘩全部竖起来啦。妈妈呢?我迫不及待地向四周环视。咦，电动国上坐着一个全身包裹得严严实实的'人，正是您。您一见到我，脸上露出灿烂的笑容，说：“今天算错时间，早来半个小时了。”不会吧，这么冷的天气，妈妈竟然在外面吹风淋雨半个小时?我呆呆地看着妈妈，心想：只怪自己平时不好好学习，才让您受这个罪。我小声地说：“对不起，妈妈。”您摸摸我的头，说：“傻孩子，只要你认真学习，妈妈多累都值得。”听了这句话，我暗暗下定决心：一定要好好学习，让您为我而骄傲。

说到就要做到，我一改上课做小动作、说悄悄话、注意力不集中的坏毛病，和“专心听讲”交上好朋友。期中考试中，我的作文取得26的高分，换算成100分制的，该有87分呢。我开心地说：“妈妈，我不用再去补作文，您也免得在寒风中等待啦!”您听了，笑得可真甜呀。

妈妈，看到这封信，您一定能读懂我对您的感激，知道儿子是多么地爱您!
