记得在小学四年级时，学校组织了一项培训课程——游泳。对于是个“旱鸭子”的我当然兴趣盎然，早早的报了名。对于不太和游泳池接近的我，对于在水上做练很有趣，认为回到小时候，充满了无限乐趣。我本以为就是这么简单，回家老师教的动作也没练，一直老师不会查，可是好景不长，毕竟老师不会让我们一直这样玩耍，老师在第五节课改变了教课方式，就是让每个学生跳入水中练习。
一下子我心里恐慌起来，心想：这下子可完了，2米多的水这一跳下去万一沉底怎麽办？我没练过，淹怎么办？万一泡沫板滑落了怎么办？万一、万一不敢再想了。
只见一个一个同学都像海豚一样跳下去了，一阵一阵的水声“扑通”“扑通”响彻耳边，只觉得我心脏承受不了。“江凡”老师响亮的报了出来，到我了，我该怎么办？都怪我前几课没好好学，回家没好好练。我什么也不敢想，拿着我的泡沫板就往水里跳。我立即抓紧木板，按老师教的动作游起来，可是不知怎么的老师教得我全都忘记了，什么也不会做，老师只好生气地我从水上拉了上来。
