看这本书过程有点吃力，但是阅读这本书使我了解了一些小学英语的教学原则和外语教学的各种流派。它可以使我的教学理念更加清晰，可以为我日常的英语教学找到切实的理论依据。对我们小学英语教师来说，是一本指导性很强的书。
《小学英语教师教学指南》给我们介绍了各种最新的英语教学资源以及选择教学资源的原则。对歌曲、韵律诗、游戏、故事等教学进行了专门的论述，并详细介绍了在英语教学中怎样使用新技术。而我对其中的歌曲、韵律诗这一方面最感兴趣。因为在平时的教学中，对于这一方面，我自己也做了许多的尝试。
歌曲和韵律诗是巩固学生兴趣的有效手段，也是学生掌握知识的过程。学唱歌曲和韵律诗能突破难点，化难为易，加深学生印象，巩固和记忆所学的知识。它简单生动，韵律优美、连贯流畅，一旦记熟，便能脱口而出，这种效果具有持久性，正如我们小时侯所唱过的儿歌一样，我们在成年后仍对这些歌曲记忆犹新。在教学中，如果恰当运用儿歌的可唱性、知识性、趣味性的特点，就可以调动学生的积极性，让学生在儿歌中学习，在儿歌中休息，在儿歌中快乐成长。当然在编歌曲和韵律诗时也应注意一些问题，在《小学英语教师教学指南》这本书也一些，也向我们能够阐明了什么时间使用以及如何使用歌曲和韵律诗，以及改编歌曲和韵律诗时的许多说明和建议。
其实，我们在进行设计所有教学环节时，出发点必须是为英语课堂服务的。共同的目的就是为了能更好地学习外语。在阅读本书时，它使我更深刻地认识到，外语是一门工具型的课程，学生掌握外语的目的是为了使用外语进行交际。由于学校的外语课程是在教师指导下实施的，除了进行语言训练外，教师在教学过程中还不断激发学生学习外语的兴趣，帮助他们树立学好外语的信心，养成良好的学习习惯，并与学生一起探讨有效的学习策略。
更重要的是，外语课也与其他课程一样，应该对学生进行素质教育，在培养创新精神、自主学习能力与实践能力的同时，结合外语的特点，使学生认识中外文化的差异，逐步增强世界和形成健全的品格。它也使我认识到外语基本知识的传授与交际能力的培养相当重要。外语课需要培养学生的逻辑思维及分析与解决问题的能力，并且需要反复练习与实践，而且学习外语必须在一定的语言情景中动脑、动嘴、动耳、动手，并通过各种感官的协调行动才能奏效。同时，由于外语是交际工具，外语课更需要加强合作学习与交流。
总之，通过学习《小学英语教师教学指南》，让我领悟到“集百家之长”的真谛。或许是自己平时看得书太少了，所以提醒自己得多读书了。看完书，再写点反思，对我自己来说，倒真得挺适用。给自己制定一个计划，努力地不断地提高自己，将把本书中的理论与方法运用于教学实践中。

首先要热爱生活、热爱英语、热爱学生，在自己的心中时常蓄积着犹如岩浆般的滚烫的情，让每一个学生心底里沉淀的情发酵、释放。在平时的交流中，老师要让学生感觉到我们同他们的关系十分重要。老师也许是喜欢学生的，但可能所作所为却恰恰相反，如推迟上下课，不重视学生的时间；提供的材料不是太简单就是太难，不能针对学生的实际能力；不提供相互交往或讨论的机会，无视学生的想法；不考虑学生的安排、问题或担忧，表现出对学生漠不关心；不按时上班或抽空去看学生，不尊重学生的需求，尤其是他们课外的个人需求；无节制的幽默或使用嘲讽的语句等。看不起学生或是使他们难为情可能使学生产生强烈的痛苦，摧毁自信，酝酿敌视。当然我们热爱学生，就要在我们的行为中清清楚楚地表露出来；热爱学生包括对他们的需求和兴趣爱好的欣赏。这密切关系到我们了解学生如何学和他们需要什么帮助，以便去鼓励这种学习，也包括我们将其当作学习者直接或间接的鼓励。在课堂上就反映在我们自发的行为和对班上成员持续不断的敏感程度之中。

传统的英语课堂教学，只重视英语知识的机械输入和积累，而忽视学生学习英语过程的启发，特别是英语语言的实践活动等过程，造成学生被动学习，课堂气氛缺乏活力和生机，师生之间缺少情感交流，无有效互动。而新课改理论指导下的课堂教学则要求：教师在组织课堂教学中，不仅要有效灵活地传授知识和技能，同时，还要激活课堂气氛，调节学生学习兴趣，师生之间要进行情感交流，教学互动。

角色如果离开了法的限定，人的行为方式和习惯及至心理都会快速扭曲，出现了“新的自我”的神奇转化，人的正负能量之间就发生了特定的变化。本书讲述了一个津巴多监狱实验，该实验的结果远远超出了实验设计者的预期，至使不得不中止实验，但该实验带给人的思考是深刻的。该实验显示了“表现”的巨大魔力。“人们的身份认同感源于他们的姓名、服饰、样貌。在监狱实验中，所有这些都改变了，因此他们失去了原有的身份意识，开始对自己的身份产生认同。”
由此，我联想到我们的学生教育问题。在一部分学生身上存在的不良习惯诸如精力不集中、语言不文明、作业不认真、学习不努力、做事不专一、写字不工整、教育不改正等导致学生综合素质低，很多行为不是学生该有的，究其原因，他们对自己的身份认同出现了问题。有的习惯是受生活环境影响形成的，有的习惯受家长的教育观点和态度影响形成的，还有的习惯和共同交往的同伴的行为习惯有关，学校的教育期待与他们的习惯有冲突的时候，学生的自然反应是抵抗正面的教育，这时教师和学校就要在“身份认同”上下功夫，多给他们正面的角色影响，优秀的学生成为他们效仿的榜样，对他们细微的积极的正能量的变化给予鼓励和鞭策，让他们重新生成健康的角色期待，渐渐地改变存在的不良习惯，教师也从中获得正面的体验，在教学相长中提高正能量，体现育人价值。
书中理查德怀斯曼列举了大量实例，向我们阐释了伟大的“表现”原理，破除了我们过去秉持的“性格决定命运”“情绪决定行为”等认知。运用“表现”原理激发出的正能量，可以使我们产生一个新的自我，让我们变得更加自信、充满活力、具有安全感，让我们的工作、生活和行为模式得到彻底改变。
作为教育工作者，担负着教书育人的责任，是为培养社会主义现代化建设者和接班人服务的，是为培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的创新人才服务的，任重道远，把我们的'正能量传递给学生，传递给社会，学生能健康成长，社会才能和谐进步，我们才会拥有更美好的明天。

暑假期间，我读了《怎样成为一名优秀的英语教师》这本书，本书主要谈论的是做一名优秀的英语教师应该具备的一些素质及条件，对此，我作了以下几个思考：
第一，必须具有良好的道德品质和人格魅力，热爱教育事业，热爱本职工作，具有奉献精神，具有强烈的责任感、事业心。这是职业道德要求，一名教师专业能力再强，如果思想上有问题，责任感不强，不喜欢学生，甚至道德品质有问题，他也不可能成为一名优秀的教师。
第二，必须具有系统而全面的教育学、心理学知识，具有较强的教学能力，懂得不同年龄段学生的身心特点，能运用合理的教学方法，使学生得到最大限度的发展。这是教师职业的要求，一名教师虽然有较高的专业水平，也有满腔的教学热情，但如果不懂得教育教学规律，其必然会走“弯路”，当然离优秀就还有一段距离了。
第三，必须具备广博的文化知识和其它艺术学科基础知识，英语教师除了具备本专业的知识技能外，必须尽力扩宽其它基础知识的掌握面，以及了解其他学科基本知识技能，并能综合运用它们进行教学，在广泛的文化情景中对学生进行教育，陶冶学生的情操，提高学生的素质。这是现代教育的时代要求。
第四，必须具有先进的教学理念，善于吸纳新知识，获取新信息，并善于把这些新理念、新知识、新信息合理的运用到教学实践中，以保持与时代同步。时代的飞速发展，新学科，新技术，新知识的大量涌现，要求教师必须善于接受新理念、掌握新知识、运用新技术进行教学，优秀教师更应该如此。
第五，优秀教师必须具有创新和探索精神，无论是教学理念的贯彻，还是教学方法的选用都必须与实际需要相吻合，在实践中得到检验，只有结合各地具体情况不断的探索，大胆的创新，才能不断找出合符实际需要的东西，以满足教育教学的时代要求。
第六，必须积极参与教研、教改，一名出色的教师不光能做好教学工作，同时还要善于把教育教学工作中好的经验总结、归纳出来，并加以推广；对教育教学工作中不利于学生良好发展，不利于教学工作顺利进行的因素即时发现，找出适当的办法，加以克服；能有效的利用现有环境资源、教学设施、当地特色文化合理地组织教学，运用行之有效的教育教学方法，使学生得到最大限度的发展。
第七，必须热爱学习、善于学习，树立终身学习的思想，一名优秀的教师必须是一位爱学、善学的人，只有终身坚持不断学习，才能不断的更新自己的知识，保持与时代同步，不至于落后于时代的要求。
我想，要想成为一名出色的教师，最重要的就是要严格地要求自己，坚持把心放在教育事业上。

This is a story about a special and ueserved woman who has been exposed to a hostile environment but continuously and fearlessly struggling for her ideal life. The story can be interpreted as a symbol of the independent spirit.
It seems to me that many readers’ English reading experience starts with Jane Eyer. I am of no exception. As we refer to the movie “Jane Eyer”, it is not surprising to find some differences because of its being filmized and retold in a new way, but the spirit of the novel remains----to be an independent person, both physically and mentally.
Jane Eyer was a born resister, whose parents went off when she was very young, and her aunt，the only relative she had，treated her as badly as a ragtag. Since Jane’s education in Lomon person, just the same as any other girl around. The suffers from being humiliated and devastated teach Jane to be persevering and prize dignity over anything else.As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppression, Jane got a chance to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made the acquaintance of lovely Adele and that garden’s owner, Rochester, a man with warm heart despite a cold face outside. Jane expected to change the life from then on, but fate had decided otherwise: After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and got down to get marry, she unfortunately came to know in fact Rochester had got a legal wife, who seemed to be the shadow following
Rochester and led to his moodiness all the time ----Rochester was also a despairing person in need of salvation. Jane did want to give him a hand, however, she made up her mind to leave, because she didn’t want to betray her own principles, because she was Jane Eyer. The film has finally got a symbolist end: Jane inherited a large number of legacies and finally returned. After finding Rochester’s misfortune brought by his original mad wife, Jane chose to stay with him forever.
I don’t know what others feel, but frankly speaking, I would rather regard the section that Jane began her teaching job in Thornfield as the film’s end----especially when I heard Jane’s words “Never in my life have I been awaken so happily.” For one thing, this ideal and brand-new beginning of life was what Jane had been imagining for long as a suffering person; for another, this should be what the audiences with my views hoped her to get. But the professional judgment of producing films reminded me to wait for a totally different result: There must be something wrong coming with the excellence----perhaps not only should another section be added to eich the story, but also we may see from the next transition of Jane’s life that “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you would get.” (By Forrest Gump’s mother, in the film “Forrest Gump”
What’s more, this film didn’t end when Jane left Thornfield. For Jane Eyer herself, there should always be somewhere to realize her great ideal of being independent considering her fortitude, but for Rochester, how he can get salvation?
The film gives the answer tentatively: Jane eventually got back to Rochester. In fact, when Jane
met Rochester for the first time, she scared his horse and made his heel strained, to a certain extent, which meant Rochester would get retrieval because of Jane. We can consider Rochester’s experiences as that of religion meaning. The fire by his frantic wife was the punishment for the cynicism early in his life. After it, Rochester got the mercy of the God and the love of the woman whom he loved. Here we can say: human nature and divinity get united perfectly in order to let such a story accord with the requirements of both two sides. The value of this film may be due to its efforts to explore a new way for the development of humanism under the faith of religion.
Life is ceaselessly changing, but our living principles remain. Firmly persisting for the rights of being independent gives us enough confidence and courage, which is like the beacon over the capriccioso sea of life. In the world of the film, we have found the stories of ourselves, which makes us so concerned about the fate of the dramatis personae.
In this era of rapid social and technological change leading to increasing life complexity and psychological displacement, both physical and mental effects on us call for a balance. We are likely to find ourselves bogged down in the Sargasso Sea of information overload and living unconsciousness. It’s our spirit that makes the life meaningful.
Heart is the engine of body, brain is the resource of thought, and great films are the mirrors of life. In
dubitably, “Jane Eyer” is one of them.

There are two opposite gangs named socs and greasers. kids whose backgrounds are very rich are called socials, we name it as socs. the poor kids are called greasers, because their hair are covered with grease and they often wear greasy clothes. there are full of contradiction between them. the main character is ponyboy, he is the youngest greaser, and he hates the socs because he always gets jumped by them. darry and sodapop are his elder brothers, and they both dropped out of school to work in order to raise money for ponyboy ‘s study. through seeing a movie together with a rich but kind girl, cherry, ponyboy realizes that not all socs are bad. johnny is his best friend, he used to be very weak, but after being jumped by 4 socs, he becomes mad and usually brings a switchblade with him, and if there is anyone who wants to play tricks on him, he will kill that one. suddenly, in a week, johnny dies in a fire, bob(his friend is kill by someone unwillingly, dally(the most violent greaser kill himself because johnny’s death. ponyboy grows a lot, realize the love of his families and friends, and promises to be a good man, and not fight anymore..
This is really a heroic story, and i learnt a lot from it..
First of all, i realized that we shouldn’t assess anyone just by knowing about his background. in the book, ponyboy thought that life was unfair-socs always win, greasers always lose. socs could easily go to college, but greasers sometimes must drop out of school to work for their livings. so he hated socs as if from his birth. but he gradually realized that some socs are kind, but some greasers are alike a hood. so we should also know people deeply before judging them, and believe the truth more than our subjective things.
Secondly, no matter how our backgrounds and families are, we should have kind and brave hearts. in the story, ponyboy saw many greasers crime and fight just because of their identify, he thought that was totally wrong. even his dying friend, johnny told him to stay gold which means to be kind, simple and pure in a serious health condition. on the other hand, ponyboy thought gresers have the same rights as socs, and he never lowered his head in front of socs.
There are also something good about love. at the beginning, ponyboy thought that dally, his eldest brother fully concentrated on working and making money, but never cared about him and sodapop, and he was dislike a young man anymore, more like an adult. but once ponyboy was sick very seriously, he saw dally crying for the first time when he was asleep-going-to-waken-up. and when they were having a rumble with a gang of socs, he was always covered with his two elder brothers. from that, he knew his small family would never be short of love, and his brothers loved him much more than he could imagine. in my real life, when my teachers and parents are strict with me, i shouldn’t think that they don’t love me, it is just another, more deep way to love.
The writer wrote this book when he was only a teenager as fourteen-going-to-fifteen, in the same age as me. so it is more easy for me to get close to him and understand him. but he truly experienced all i experienced and something i have never imagined. so i should learn something good from him, and keep away from thing bad he had done.
This book really taught me a lot, and i will spare no efforts to do the good things it bring to me!

我小时候是个孤僻的孩子。总是站在顶楼，偷偷看着街上小孩的玩耍，正是因为我不爱搭理人的性格，所以我有了一个其他小孩不会有的习惯——看星星。
看天空对我来说真是一种享受，先不说那种“卧看满天云不动，不知云与我俱东”的闲适，因为天蓝色我并不喜欢。我喜欢的是有深度的黑，而夜晚的天空正是我喜欢的颜色。在新年的夜晚，我照例是不睡觉的，我站在一大片松林前的空地上，看着天，听着阵阵晚风吹动着松涛，这风声与涛声夹杂在一起，如天籁一般，更给我添了几分意境。
春天的夜晚，有“苏苏”的声音，那是生命破土而出的声音。
秋天的夜晚，凉意袭人，但天上无云，寂静、清淡。
我最喜欢的还是夏天的夜晚，因为那时我早已到了乡下，和爷爷奶奶过暑假。夏天的夜晚，是会有罕见的凉风的，但是天上的星星总是固定不动，令人十分懊恼。这时，爷爷总是一边给我扇着扇子，一边讲牛郎与织女的故事，说到喜鹊搭桥一段，便用一双沧桑的手在天空一挥，仿佛出现了一座鹊桥，但那里，只有璀璨的星河，星河下祖孙三人在有说有笑。我看向爷爷，天真地问道：“爷爷，桥呢？”每当这时，爷爷和奶奶相视一笑，我感觉那笑容比我的还无邪，爷爷的瞳孔中倒映着星夜与奶奶。
可是现在，再仰望天空，就是孤身一人了，爷爷和奶奶已经融入夜空之中了。现在我看不到星星，看不到牛郎星与织女星，看不到爷爷和奶奶。
我热爱星空，我心中的火在黑夜里烧得更亮。我享受仰望星空，正如《查拉特拉斯如是说》中“我仰望群星，它们如清晨的群山，澄净如水”。
