感情究竟是什么，其实也很难下一个准确的定义。况且，如果感情一旦有了它准确的定义，恐怕也就变得不那么丰富多彩，不那么富有意义。但有一点是清楚的，感情是通过思想联系的，思想是通过语言沟通的，所以感情是建立在人与人基本平衡的心理平台之上的，如果缺少这样一个心理平台，语言的流动就会出现不是山洪爆发 —— 滔滔不绝、就是河水断流 —— 沉默寡言，一旦出现这种心理上的自然灾害，语言愈多，堵塞语言沟通的噪音和垃圾就愈多，语言受到了阻塞，思想就封冻成了冰，维系感情的思想纽带中断了，感情也就不是真正的感情，那只能叫矫情。
