My dad is my hero. Father is an important person who is everybody in the world should love, such as me : My father, Janusz is 55 years old. He has blue eyes. He's quite tall, but a bit shorter than my husband. My dad is a fitter-walder and he works with a heavy constructions. I see him six times a year, because he was working in Ireland from ten years. He is very hard working. Beside that, when he is coming at home (in Poland, he doing also a houseworks. He says that is always something to do. He makes a dinners whem my mother is outside. However, he likes cooking and his meals are always very tasty. When i was young, he protected me and took care of me with love. He instructed me to be a good person. He is a good model for me since i was born.

我的同桌沈宇博，长得胖胖的，一张圆脸肥嘟嘟的，人高马大，特别爱玩游戏。
My deskmate Shen Yubo, fat, chubby face, big burly, especially like playing games.
记得有一天的自然课上，我正在专心致志的听老师讲课。突然，一个纸团从我眼前飞了过去，我定睛一看，原来是沈宇博在传纸条给他的好朋友——宋章彬。等纸条在从宋章彬那传过来时，我偷偷一看，原来他俩正在“纸上谈兵”——聊游戏。
Remember one day in the nature class, I was absorbed in listening to the teacher. Suddenly, a ball from my eyes flew past, I take a closer look, it is Shen Yubo to his good friend Song Zhangbin in passing notes. When the note came from Song Zhangbin, I stole a look. They were talking on paper.
我想：得阻止他们！于是，我等沈宇博把纸条传过去时，把纸团截住，藏了起来，他们还没发现。“喂，老宋，你把纸团传过来了吗？”沈宇博悄悄地对宋章彬说。“传过来了呀”。宋章彬说。
I think: stop them! So, I like Shen Yubo to note the past, the paper wanted to hide, they havent found. "Hello, Lao song, came to your paper?" Shen Yu said to Song Zhangbin quietly. "Here it is."". Song Zhangbin says.
正当他们疑惑时，下课铃响了。等到老师走后，沈宇博大叫一声:“解放喽！”然后叫上几个男同学，像一群马蜂一样冲出了教室。只见沈宇博双手做射击的动作，对准别人，只听“砰——”的一声，一位男同学“嗷——!”的一声倒在地上。唉，他们又在玩真人版电脑游戏了！我看着他们，无奈地摇了摇头。
Just when they were wondering, the bell rang. When the teacher left, Shen Yubo shouted, "liberation!"!" Then ask several male students, like a wasp like rushed out of the classroom. I saw Shen Yubo hands to do the shooting action, at others, just listen to "bang" sound, a male classmate "Ouch!" sound fell on the ground. Well, theyre playing live computer games again! I looked at them and shook my head helplessly.

When I was in the fourth grade, I changed a new deskmate. His name is Liu Jinming.

记得有一次，在上课得时候我问刘晋铭一道题，可是刘晋铭看老师写字在黑板上，完全听不到我的题问。我的同桌真是投入呀！
I remember once when I was in class, I asked Liu Jinming a question. But when Liu Jinming saw the teacher writing on the blackboard, he couldnt hear my question at all. My deskmate is really engaged!

中华民族五千年历史中孕育了无数的优秀传统美德，其中很多传统美德是以“家风”的形式代代相传、延续至今的。如尊老爱幼、勤俭节约、谦恭孝顺、善良礼让、和气为贵??这些最美德通过一代又一代的言传身教，在现代社会积淀、传承和弘扬，形成一个家庭的价值共识，也形成了全民共识。
古语说得好：“百善孝为先。”说的是孝顺父母是人类各种美好品德中最重要和占据第一位的品德，也是每个家庭都应该首先传承的家风。
古代埋儿奉母，弃官寻母的故事，足以让人们唏嘘不已，而当今捐肾救母，退学为母的故事，更是令我们感动万分。不一样的时代，演绎着相同的主题，那就是孝敬父母，回报父母。
小时候总是在父母怀里撒娇，然后是看着白发增多却是无能为力，总是说要让父母以后更好的过日子。可是到大了，却又很多人忘记了小时候的承诺。都说孩子是父母心头一把刀。儿时的调皮，少年的叛逆，青年的奔波，何时才能让父母省心呢?只有人到中年，自己有了孩子，才能感知父母当年的恩情。而此时的父母已过花甲之年，身体大不如前，还能陪伴我们多少年呢?因此孝顺是最不能等待的事情。
可是，在很多的家庭中，常常可以看到这样的情景：吃过饭后，孩子扭头看电视或出去玩，父母却在忙碌着收拾碗筷;家里有好吃的，父母总是先让孩子品尝，孩子却很少请父母先吃;孩子一旦生病，父母便忙前忙后，百般关照，而父母身体不适，孩子却很少问候。这种现象，使子女不自觉地养成娇惯、任性、懒惰、自私的不良习惯。凡此种种，值得忧虑。
而我们经常看到这样一则广告：一位刚下班的年轻妈妈，忙完了家务，又端水给老人洗脚，老人对她说：“孩子，歇会儿吧!别累坏了身子。”她笑笑说：“妈，不累。”年轻妈妈的言行举止被只有3、4岁的儿子看到了，儿子一声不
响地端来一盆水。年幼的儿子吃力地端着那盆水，摇摇晃晃地向妈妈走来。盆里的水溅了出来，溅了孩子一身，可孩子仍是一脸的灿烂。把水放在母亲的脚下，为母亲洗起了脚。
父母的言传身教就是对孩子最好的教育，孝顺的家风需要每一位父母给自己的孩子做出榜样，良好的家风才能代代相传。 其实父母亲要的真的不多，如果不能天天见面，每天只是电话的问候，足矣让他们安睡一晚。周末减少不必要的应酬，有时间多回家看看父母，陪老人说说话。外出旅游时尽量带父母感受大自然的美好。有时，我常在想：我希望我的子女以后如何对我。那现在，我有没有如此对待我的父母?
在这个世界上，最亲近你的人，最包容你的人，最舍得花时间陪你的人，一定是父母。孝与感恩是人最基本的美德，感激父母，善事父母，体现的是人内在的品质。儿女最需做好的一件事情，就是好好报答养育自己的父母。
现在，家风是人们热议的话题之一。其实，家风是个古老话题，对家庭成员而言，有什么样的家风，就会有什么样的处世态度。孝敬父母，关爱父母，就是一种最重要的家风。好的家风在人们的成长过程中起着别的东西不可替代的作用，是某种品德和力量的源泉。就是说，做儿女的，在好的家风熏陶下，会用好的家风内容来塑造自己的行为，从而成就自己的一生一世。
