我们的生活越来越发达，食品也跟着越来越丰富。看着超市里各种各样的食品，对于我这个爱吃的小馋猫而言，就像是猫儿掉进了鱼缸里——妙极了，真想一日三餐都吃它们。但是，爸爸、妈妈还有老师总是要我们吃足三餐，学校里也禁止带零食，每次到了节假日还发告家长书重点强调饮食安全教育。我就弄不明白了，难道吃还能吃出病来吗？
原来吃还是一门学问呢。俗话说，病从口入。如果吃得不合理，反而会成为慢性毒药。现在就让本馋猫化身成饮食小专家来说说吧。
吃东西要挑，不食用变质或“三无”食品，这是最基本的。校门口、路旁的小摊子，东西价格便宜但质量却并不好，它们基本上都是“三无”产品，俗称“垃圾食品”。老吃这些东西不利于身体健康，还会生病。还有我的最爱——饮料，即雪碧、可口可乐等，尤其是夏天，喝一杯冰过的饮料，别提多舒服了。但是汽水中含有的山梨酸钾、二氧化碳等都是对身体有害的成分，所以只能忍痛割爱了。虽然如此，可难不倒本专家，纯果汁、牛奶和酸奶等，有助于我们成长，可以喝这些。当然，还要注意营养的平衡，过量地饮食也是不好的，而且吃的食物还要多样化，这样吸收的营养才可能越丰富和完整。

I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.

俗话说：“民以食为天。”食品好坏与我们健康是分不开的，所以吃东西要吃些有营养又健康的，比如：蔬菜、水果……，吃蔬菜要吃绿色蔬菜，可以提高营养，补。吃水果可以补充维生素。
不要吃垃圾食品，特别是学校门口的食品店里的食品：辣条、薯片、冰棒等等，红的、橙的、灰的，样样都有。有许多小朋友都一块、两块地买来吃。其实这些食品是对人有很大伤害的。
最近，我看见一则新闻，就是关于健康饮食的。有个小孩才5岁，他住在他的爷爷家，有一天他和爷爷去散步，他突然看见一个人在喝可乐，爷爷心疼孙子，就买了一瓶给他喝，就从那以后，他就一直把可乐当水喝，而且晚上从来都不刷牙，没过两年，他就被送进了医院，医生在检查时，几乎都看不到他的牙齿。因为，他的牙齿已经被可乐一颗一颗地“吃掉”了。
还有一件事故发生在自己身上，就是在一个严热的夏天热的仿佛大地都裂了一样，我被热得实在不行了，我就跑进厨房，打开冰箱拿出四五个雪糕，不一会儿全被我吃光了，结果我晚上就拉肚子了。我问妈妈为什么，妈妈说：“因为你一下子吃太多雪糕了，胃消化不了，受了冷食物的刺激。”我恍然大悟。
所以小朋友们千万不要吃垃圾食品，也不要爆饮爆食，因为这些都会应影响我们的身体健康哦！
