《两个朋友》是讲有个地方山青水秀，花红叶绿，不知名的小鸟唧唧喳喳地叫着，胖子和瘦子两个好朋友约好到这儿玩，瞧他们玩得真开心啊！
忽然，灌木丛中一声咆哮，一只大熊吼叫着，向两个朋友扑过来。
“救命啊！救命！”两个朋友叫感着，拼命向前奔跑，瘦子真灵活，他几下爬上了树，胖子拼命地大叫：“瘦子瘦子快拉我一把，快拉我一把，可瘦子像没听到一样，续继往上爬，绝望中，胖子忽然想起熊是不吃人的，胖子赶紧往地上一趟。像人一样，熊看了看就走了。
这时瘦子看见熊走远了，就从树上跳下来拽起胖子说：“兄弟你大难不必有后福。”可胖子却说：“你在危险时候不救我，却在安全时来讽刺我，你这种人算什么朋友。”胖子说完头也不回走了。
我读了这个故事懂了一个道理：遇到危险，只顾自己逃命，不顾别人活的人不能算是朋友。
这个故事使我想到：如果有二个朋友在森林游玩，一个朋友有了危险，那另一个不顾自己的活去救那个有危险的朋友，那么他们才是真正的朋友。

I have a lot of friends in Simon English School. One of them is my best friend. His name is boyd.
He and I are both thirteen years old. but I am older than he, and I am fatter than he too. He is shorter than I, and he is thinner than I. He wears a pair of glasses but I don't.
He likes to eat pocket-food, and he is a gentleman in a sense that when he has pock-food he will share them with us.
He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will come to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.
He and I are in the same school. We usually have a good time so he is my best friend.

不一会钓上的鱼儿便装满了一个网兜。正在兴奋之际，不幸的事还是发生了，四个普鲁士士兵发现了他们，并把他们押到军官前，普鲁士军官却认为他们是两个间谍，假借钓鱼之名来窃取情报，军官让他们说出通行的口令就可以饶他们不，两个朋友在生命的最后五分钟里，对着朋友说：永别了，索瓦日先生。永别了，莫里索先生。互相握了握手便在普鲁士士兵的枪口下离开了人世，而那钓上来的鱼，又被普鲁士士兵做为一顿丰富的晚餐。
这篇小说每每令我心中久久不能平静，这是两个真正的朋友，这是两个患难与共的朋友，两个生共存的朋友。在危难关头，他们并肩站在了一起，虽然他们根本不知道通行的口令，更不可能是什么间谍，仅仅是两个普通的法国公民，但他们同样值得我尊敬。有人说，他们太普通了，只是两个好朋友罢了，但在我的心中，索瓦日先生和莫里索先生不仅是好朋友，更是两个不为人知的英雄，在普鲁士士兵残暴的压迫面前，他们选择沉默，并不是因为是吓得说不出话，而是他们已经知道无论他们说什么，普鲁士士兵都不会再相信，他们的命运不会再有生还的可能，亡是必然的结局。
他们选择沉默是因为他们不想再凭空编造谎言，也不想把罪过都推脱到朋友身上，用朋友的亡换来自己的生命，更不愿意说出是因为认识法国上校才来钓鱼，最后伤及无辜。他们选择沉默是因为虽然是莫里索先生提出来钓鱼，最后要失去生命，但索瓦日先生一点也不怪他，更不想让他自责地亡。他们是两个爱国英雄，在敌人的威逼利诱前不会忘掉自己的国家，他们是两个真正的'朋友，生与共的朋友是不会相互推卸责任，互相埋怨。永别前，只有那句令我心酸的话。“永别了索瓦日先生。永别了莫里索先生”。
然而莫泊桑的写作技巧更是令我赞叹，两位主人公，两条生命沉重的亡与鱼和烟斗的消遣之轻快构成一组鲜明的对比，这种对比既是内容上的，也是结构上的。正是在这种双重性的氛围中，作者完成了对主旨最有力的发声。在其中，我更可以看到，莫泊桑在小说的开头就悄悄埋下的伏笔————即索瓦日先生和莫里索先生的亡。

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们会乘坐飞机、火车、轮船、公交车去旅游。对于我来说，最好的旅游方式是暑假期间徒步旅游。
On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like.
