I remember that you have said one thing that a lovelorn senior in department of history talked with you and you encouraged him to be a doctor for further education.I don’t know wether the senior will be a doctor or not,but I must study hard and deep to be a doctor. I was always worrying about that my boyfriend will break up with me before.Through this,I know that as long as you ability is strong,there is no necessary to worry about it. 你们好！
我是一名小学五年级的学生，虽然我不懂得什么大道理，但是我从报刊上、从我周围的一些网迷身上，知道了沉迷于网络的危害，所以我要把他们的故事告诉你们，希望你们从中吸取教训，给青少年网友的一封信。
我有一个表哥，本来他是一个成绩优秀的.高中生，一次偶然的机会他来到了网吧。没想到从此便一发不可收拾，整天沉迷于上网，经常逃学，有一次他拿着家里给他的生活费，跑到网吧去玩了两天两夜。学习成绩一落千丈，最后高中没读完就退学回农村种田了。
我还知道一位初中生，经常到网吧去玩游戏，家里给他的零花钱花光后，他就找朋友借，越借越多，还不起了，又怕家里人知道，于是就去抢劫，最后被公安局抓走了。
还有武汉的一个16岁的男孩子，经常上网吧去玩，妈妈不给他钱，他怀恨在心，就叫了一个网友到家里把妈妈捅了20多刀，给捅了。
这样的事例数不胜数，小学生作文《给青少年网友的一封信作文》。
当然，我也并不是说网络一无是处。我也很喜欢上网，网上信息量大，我们可以在网上学到很多的知识，在网上认识世界，可以极大地开阔我们的视野，给我们的学习、生活带来了巨大的便利和乐趣。但是网上也有很多不健康的东西，我们年龄还小，不会分辩，容易受到不良影响。而且我们的自控能力差，容易上瘾，这样会影响我们的身体和学习。
因此，我要把父母给我的几点建议转送给你们。
1、控制上网的时间，平时认真学习，周末在完成作业的情况下，适当放松一下，上网玩玩，不要太过度。
2、最好不要上网聊天，特别是不要与陌生人聊天。
3、上网时，少玩游戏，多做一些有益的事。如：上网学习、网上电子贺卡比赛、网页设计比赛等等。
最后借用陶宏开教授的一句话：“电脑不是洪水猛兽，电脑是一种工具，是给我们用的，而不是玩的；学会用的人是聪明人，只会玩的人则是愚蠢的。”
我希望我们大家都成为会用电脑的聪明人！

读了大家上传至新教师群的反思，感触颇深，便禁不住要写下一些东西。
我一直觉得：__初中是青年教师成长最好的一方沃土。放眼全区，还有哪一所学校会如此重视年轻教师成长，如此千方百计地为新教师创造专业提升，业务增强的平台？不夸张地说：青年教师成长的最初几年，能经受住靖中的历练，是幸运又幸福的！
或许，和同分配的其他学校的老师相比，你会觉得很苦，很累。但是，一名教师成长的头三年或前五年，从很大程度上决定了他/她整个三十多年教育教学水平的高度。可能这个高度你目前还看不到，但是，时间一定会证明的。
无论你的志向是要成为一名名师，一名教坛新秀，还是仅仅只是一名普通的教育工作者，你都要对得起你站在讲台上的那份作为教师的使命感。而学校，则要尽量创造机会履行它对每一位青年教师以及这位教师所教学生的责任感。
目前，学校对青年教师的培养主要有以下措施：
一、听课：1、青年教师常态听老教师课；2、教研组内听课，不定期外出培训听课等；
二、上课：1、青年教师开设常态课；2、青年教师开设汇报展示课；
三、撰写反思；将这些措施纳为常规工作，我们明显感觉到：对于老师们的压力是很大的。首先体现在精力上的'透支。确实，将备课、上课、作业批改和作业讲解等工作做好，就已经耗去了我们一天中大部分的时间。有时候这些事情撞在一起，真的感觉时间不够用。但是，“苦尽甘来”。当我们在某一个夜晚，静下心来，细细这一段时间经历过的种种，并将其用文字记录下来的时候，你会惊讶地发现：我正在成长，正在蜕变！
我们欣喜地看到了何老师在备课中的精益求精：通过对一节课容量多少的设置可能会导致学生对知识点掌握程度深浅的分析，意识到要上好一堂课，自己还需要阅读大量的书籍，还需要不断地充电；我们欣慰地看到了朱老师细腻朴素的教学风格，能不断反思并改进自己的教学方式方法，在秉承自有风格的基础上不断寻求突破的教学勇气；我们高兴地看到了杨老师、薛老师、陈老师、汪老师在听了老教师的课之后，都及时捕捉住了老教师课堂上的闪光点，并认真反思了自己课堂中的不足。相信在不断地反思对比中，这几位老师的课堂也一定会不断迸发出闪光点；而王洁洁老师开始对作业批改进行反思，并着手实践批改作业的可实施策略；陆燕琴老师开始思考课堂教学中板书和PPT使用的问题——这些都是今后各位老师第一篇教学论文最珍贵的第一手资料啊！
我是羡慕各位新老师的：那些年，同为新老师的我们何来这么多学习提升的机会？我又是欣赏我们的新老师的：当这些机会摆在你们面前的时候，你们迅速地抓住了，并及时将学到的教学精华转化到自己的教学中了——这无形中，大大缩短了一般青年教师成长所需的时间。
在班级管理中，年轻的班主任总是遇到这样那样的困惑。经过近一年的适应和改变，我们也欣喜地看到了蔡老师从对自己语文教学的反思逐渐转到了对班级管理的反思，通过“调整班级座位”一个看似简单的问题，开始反思班主任与学生关系定位问题。我想：108班逐渐步入正轨并开始朝着好的方向发展和小蔡的努力、成长是分不开的；同样为班级头痛的朱老师，也在思考班主任究竟该在学生面前扮演怎样的角色。有困惑，才会有反思；有反思，才会有思考；有思考，才会有行动；有行动，才会有改变；有改变，才会有结果！建议我们年轻的班主任们去看看魏书生《班主任工作漫谈》和王晓春《今天怎样做教师》和《给青年教师的100条建议》等，相信会有启发。
选择教师这个职业，就注定要起早摸黑。苦着，但收获着幸福。周校长和我们都极其高兴地看到了高老师已经开始收获这份幸福。尽管每天早上和很多年轻老师一样，都早早到教室，很辛苦；尽管班级里也会出现各种问题。但是，高老师面对问题的方式不是选择诉苦，抱怨，而是敢于面对问题，并积极寻求解决问题的方式。对于扣分单的处理，对于值日班长制度的操作，对于自修课纪律的维持，她都在积极地和这帮孩子们一起探索着最适合104班学生的方法。于是，她会在反思中写到“4班的孩子，很可爱，也很讨人喜欢。3月14日，平淡无其的一天，却变成了永恒。上午第三节课下课，我们班的孩子就冲进了办公室，每个人都捧着礼物，跟我说“生日快乐”,有些还是学生亲手做的。这个对我来说是莫大的惊喜。我以为惊喜就这样结束了，作业整理课的时候，我一进教室门，里面就放起了《生日快乐歌？，而且讲台上还摆满了心形的蛋糕。顿时，我的眼泪就止不住了：真的被这群小屁孩感动了。我觉得即使再累，也是值得的。因为我遇见了一群最可爱的人。这就是我们4班，平淡中会带给我感动。”因为真心投入了，才会有回报。回报是什么？回报是孩子们以最朴实的方式说“老师，我爱你”。这份“爱”，可能不一定会说出口，但是，它一定是经得起岁月的洗礼，如一坛陈酿，在若干年后芬芳四溢。相信，高利娜老师永远都不会忘记自己20XX年的生日，和1604班的孩子们一起度过！
老师们，从选择教师作为我们职业的那一刻起，我们就将“责任”记在了心里。就算教室里只有一个愿意好好听课的孩子，我们都要想方设法将课上好；就算教室里全是调皮捣蛋的孩子，我们也要千方百计将这个班级管理好——学生在我的课堂里，在我的班里，我就必须得担当起这份责任！
教书，很苦；但，苦过之后定会有让我们绽放笑容的时刻！
