教育不光是知识的传授，还要对孩子们进行德育，德育是学校工作中的重中之重，而班主任德育工作的秘诀就是"爱"。师爱是伟大的、神圣的。师爱是人类复杂情感中最高尚的情感，它凝结着教师无私奉献的精神。师爱是"超凡脱俗"的爱。这种爱没有源和亲情，没有私利与目的，然而这种爱却有一种巨大的力量。
在学院领导及教务处、学生处等有关部门的关心下，在实习学校的大力支持和帮助下，在全体实习师生的共同努力下，本次实习取得了圆满成功。这次实习，实习生用自己的辛勤汗水品尝了教师这一职业的甘苦，懂得了为人师的责任，积累了宝贵的经验教训，为今后走上教育岗位、献身教育事业打下了坚实的基矗
