一个星期日，由于双休日的作业很少，我觉得自己能三下五除二就解决了，便和小伙伴玩起来，把完成作业的任务抛到九霄云外了。
到了晚上，当妈妈问我：“你作业写好了吗？”这时，我才想到这个重大而艰巨的任务，不由地慌张起来，可是不能让妈妈看出半点破绽来。“写好了！”我假装镇定地说。
眼见睡觉的时间快到了，我的紧迫更强了。想想明天就是星期一，而自己的作业又没写好，我如同热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。在伤脑的时候，一个想法在我脑中闪现：为何不拿一个手电筒，趴在被窝里写作业呢？那样就不会被妈妈发现了。想到这儿，嘴上挂起笑脸来，我便假惺惺地对妈妈说：“我去睡觉。”
我按计划把书本都放进被窝里，然后打开电筒在被窝里弓着腰做起了作业。刚开始，我心里有些小得意，但不一会儿，我的得意就消失了。由于被窝里的空气不足，让人实在受不了，使我从被窝里钻出来。突然，我听见了妈妈的脚步声只好钻了回去。就这样，我在被里憋做了半个小时，终于作业完成了。
唉……早知道就早点完成作业了，真是哑巴吃黄连有苦说不出啊！我下次再也不尝在被窝里作业的滋味了。
