游泳课的那一天，因为要帮我们上课的老师记错日期，所以是代课老师来教我们上课，那时我还不愿意下水呢，但因为同学的鼓励，使我开始慢慢的接触水，代课老师先教我们憋气，老师一个一个教我们这一组的同学，轮到我了，我还是有一点害怕，但是我还是要学，于是我听老师的.指示先吸了一口气，再把头埋在水里。代课老师说我在多练习在水里憋气十秒钟，今天的进度就完成了，在下课前几分钟会开放大家玩水上溜滑梯，第一天上课的时候我都不敢玩。
第二次上课，教我们的老师来了她跟我们说明为什么她上一次上课没来，听完老师的原因让我很想要哈哈大笑，可是又怕得罪老师，所以我只能憋在心里笑，第二次上课时，一下子就要用浮板了，那次上课我可是被老师骂的好惨，所以我只好留下来加强练习；倒数第二次上课时，我还是一样的问题，所以老师可决定我最后一次上课时就考用浮板游五十公尺，这可让我心里有种不安感了，时我可是游了很久才用浮板游五十公尺，老师给我了三级，好烂喔，妹妹只会憋气别组的老师也给她三级，超不公平的!
当要走的时候我带着不舍的心情离开，虽然在这四个星期四当中我有很多的不愉快，但必竟这也是我第一次学游泳，真希望下次来竹北体育馆时，能看到之前教我游泳的老师们。
