③悬念。悬念是写作中为加强表达效果，吸引、感染读者常用的手法之一。
④ “抑扬”的表现手法。巧用扬抑则是使笔底波澜陡起、摇曳生姿的常用手法之一。欲扬先抑或欲抑先扬可以是贯穿于作品整体的，也可以出现于作品的局部，但作者同样根据目的与手段安排好了轻重、主从、详略，阅读时应注意把握。
⑤衬托。衬托是用一些别的人或事物作陪衬来突出某一人或事物的写作手法。
