原来啊，设个星期轮到我们小组做值日了，我和另外几个同学负责打扫包干区，一大清早，我们来到学校，放下书包，就拿着大扫把和簸箕，下楼到包干区打扫去了。
可是一到包干区，我便傻眼了：包干区里好多树叶！我和伙伴们扫了半个多小时，早读课都快开始了，才把那块地的树叶堆起来，装到垃圾桶去，可是一阵风吹过后，树叶的叶子被吹下来了，别的'地方的树叶被吹过来了，刚刚扫完的地又被树叶铺满了，和没扫时差不多了。看着眼前又是满地的树叶，我的心中啊，充满了愤怒、悲哀：白费功夫了，可怜我们几个啊，做了无用功！
没办法，继续扫！咦，又是一阵风，这风啊，转了风向了，把我们包干区的树叶刮到别的地方去啦！看着刚刚满是树叶的包干区又变得干干净净了，我沮丧的心情又变得愉悦起来了。
我是不是有点小私心？想想大街上那些扫地的环卫工人们，无论寒冬，无论酷暑，无论刮风、无论下雨，无论树叶刮到哪里，都要打扫的干干净净，和他们相比，我看见树叶被风刮走了，就心里窃喜，我是不是太阴暗了啊？

even if such a catastrophe would not happen, there would be a great temperature difference on the two hemispheres of the earth, and the four seasons of the year would no longer occur because a day and a night would be as long as a whole year instead of 24 hours. all this would greatly affect the life of human beings, imals and plants and that would cause worse results than anything imaginable.
