在英语村里，模拟了现实生活中的四个场景——“城市馆”、“自然馆”、“生活馆”和“商业馆”，四个场馆中的部分物品和布景都是实物，每个场馆又被分成几个场景，外教和中教轮流授课，我们这次可真是与英语世界来了个亲密接触。在全英语的语言环境和实物情境下，我们对学习英语的兴趣变得前所未有的高涨。就比如说在城市馆里吧，刚进城市馆，一个美丽的大都市——上海的模型立刻呈现在我们的面前，那一个个地标性建筑物的模型，在镭射灯光的映衬下是显得格外的雄伟壮丽，你甚至猜想不到的是在城市馆里居然会有一节能移动的地铁车厢，在最后一节课中，老师终于带着我们“乘坐”了一次地铁，这“地铁”中，老师不停的作者令人捧腹的`动作，使得大家都争先恐后的想“乘坐”一次平时已经坐得习以为常的地铁。每当外教拉开悬挂的粉红色幕布时，或旋转布景板进行场景切换时，我们都会发出声声惊叹，因为，我们以前从来没有这样学习过英语。在商业馆的超市里，甚至可以看到真实的收银机等等实物，我们真实地体验着用英语对话来购物的整个流程，我们扮演着不同的角色，来学习这个角色所要说得话；在生活馆里，老师会用英语生动地为我们介绍各式厨具用品，并且还和我们做游戏，让我们在游戏当中来巩固与加深你对这个英语单词的印象，如果你读得好的话，老师会和你拍手，表示鼓励；在自然馆中，我们仿佛亲身来到了大自然中，有热带雨林，有北极，海洋，在教室的墙上还贴着国家的地图和标着英语单词的国旗名称，在自然馆中最有趣的还是要数在进门时有一座假山，不高的假山上悬挂着一个吊绳，仿佛可以真的用来攀岩一般。我们不时为老师们幽默、生动的语言、表情和肢体动作爆发出阵阵笑声，为同学的精彩表现鼓掌加油。
通过这次活动，让我们在现实生活中快乐的学习了一次英语，也然我的英语水平提高了不少，希望以后这样的实践活动多一些，能够我们丰富我们的课外生活。我期待着有更多的同学能来到这个英语村里来，让他们也体验到更多学习英语的快乐！

快过年了，我和爷爷奶奶、爸爸妈妈一起去商场买年货。平时都是我和妈妈去购物，难得这次寒假爷爷奶奶和爸爸都回来了，一家人团聚，热热闹闹地来到商场买年货，我的心里别提有多高兴了!
一来到大街上，眼前的景象把我惊呆了。几天没出门，没想到大街上发生了这么大的变化，来来往往的人们脸上都绽放着幸福的笑容，川流不息的汽车都不见空车的牌子，我们等了好久，才好不容易拦了一辆，车子载着我们这幸福的一家直奔华诚超市。首先我们来到超市的四楼童装柜，那里挂满了各种各样款式新颖、色泽鲜艳的童装，看地我眼花缭乱。我最喜欢的品牌是米奇和史努比，你们可别笑我讲名牌，我可是真的很喜欢俏皮的米奇和可爱的史努比，另外我还答应过妈妈，既然喜欢米奇和史努比，就要讲卫生，不把衣服弄脏，所以妈妈今年还是给我买这两种品牌的衣服，经过挑选，我们买了一件红色高领毛衣和一条紫色灯芯绒裤子，镜子里米奇和史努比望着我咧开嘴笑，好象在祝我春节愉快!离开童装柜，我们来到底楼的超市，哇!里面可真是人山人海，热闹极了!我和爸爸推了一辆小车，妈妈也把东西寄存好了。就这样，我们一家人开始选购年货了。到了食品区，我们买了花生、豆子、瓜子、开心果、杏仁等等，在我的坚持下，我们还买了一些果冻和饼干，妈妈说我这么大了还吃零食，我说：谁叫正在过年呢?奶奶负责买吃年饭的菜，她买了鸡、鸭、鱼、肉，还有我最喜欢吃的海鲜和各种新鲜的蔬菜。我们家的.两位男同胞负责买酒，经过仔细的比较，他们买了两瓶白酒和一瓶红酒，我对爸爸说：爸爸，吃年饭时，我也要喝葡萄酒，行吗?爸爸听了哈哈大笑，说：好呀，我倒要看看你有多大本事，吃年饭那天，我让你喝个够，只不过你可不要醉了!不一会儿，小车里堆满了各种各样的食品和用具，我们把车子推到缴费处，大大小小装满了八个袋子，我在前面带队，把票交给检票员验证以后，一家人高高兴兴地离开了超市。
今天我们一家人去买年货，心里真是快乐极了!但愿年年我们一家人都能团聚在一起，像今天这样幸福快乐!

Dear Family,
You must be greatly surprised when you get this letter, not from anyone else but from your dearest son, since I have never written a letter for ages in such a traditional way. The purpose of my writing is not so much to express my gratitude for bringing me up, as it is to tell you something about my college life.
It has been more than two years since I started my college life and I have adapted myself to the new environment here, even though at the very beginning, I was not quite used to it. My classmates are pretty friendly and they offer to help me whenever need be, which is really precious for me. My teachers tell me the differences between college life and high school life and give me some necessary advice on how to learn in college. Because of their kind-hearted help, I learn to know the importance of cooperation and communications between each other, especially when in Group work.
In the past several months, I have been busy preparing for TEM 4.Therefore, most of the time, I stayed at school and seldom kept in touch with you; I should have been ashamed of this. But now it is completely finished, and I will never do that again. In my spare time, I usually go to play basketball to keep fit since you always ask me to practice more to keep healthy. What is more, I like to go to the English Corner to practice my spoken English in order to improve my oral English level, which is of importance as English major.
