每个孩子接受的教育有四种：一是家庭教育；二是学校教育；三是社会教育；四是自我教育。笔者认真思索了这四种教育的任务、目的、原则、途径等，发觉自我教育是孩子真正走向成功的教育形式。也就是说，家庭、学校、社会三种教育最终应该让孩子能进行自我教育，只有如此，孩子才能回归社会，才能展现自己的价值。所以，伟大的父母在家庭教育中一定要想方设法，让孩子认识自我，利用自我，形成自我，发展自我，完善自我，形成可持续性发展的自我。
首先，引导孩子认识自我教育是一种平凡之教育，是大自然赋予人的教育。到过黄果树瀑布的人都会被其壮美之气势所吸引，但这么美的瀑布却来自于一条平凡的河，宽四五十米，不太深，水中的石头隐约可见，浅水处还有大一点儿的石头裸露出水面。这平静的河没有浪花，没有激流，恬静、安详、温柔、默默无语，使人根本无法将它与雄奇壮观的黄果树瀑布联系在一起。自我教育就如这平凡的河，它不会像学校教育那样井然有序；也不会像家庭教育那样被父母不断地要求；更不会像社会教育那样，提供丰富的大型场馆、资料。所以自我教育就是引导孩子自己思考每天行为，综合社会多方面信息，改变自己，提高自己，以最终形成一个“最大、最美的瀑布”。
其次，自我教育还让孩子懂得坚持的价值。为了让孩子懂得其价值，我为孩子讲了这样的故事：有学生问大哲学家苏格拉底，怎样才能修学到他那般博大精深的学问。苏格拉底听了并未直接作答，只是说：“今天我们只学一件最简单也是最容易的事，每个人把胳膊尽量往前甩，然后再尽量往后甩。”苏格拉底示范了一遍，说：“从今天起，每天做300下，大家能做到吗？”学生们都笑了，这么简单的事有什么做不到的？过了一个月，苏格拉底问学生们：“哪些同学坚持了？”有九成同学骄傲地举起了手。一年以后，苏格拉底再一次问大家：“请告诉我，最简单的甩手动作，还有哪几位同学坚持了？”这时整个教室里，只有一人举了手，这个学生就是后来成为古希腊另一位大哲学家的柏拉图。
人人都渴望成功，人人都想得到成功的秘诀，然而成功并非唾手可得。我们常常忘记，即使是最简单最容易的事，如果不能坚持下去，成功的大门也绝不会轻易地开启。成功并没有秘诀，但坚持是它的过程。柏拉图的坚持就是自我教育的结果。

I am very happy at my new shool. My teachers and shoolmates are very friendly to me .They ofen help me with my study.Now I am not worried about my English because I make a lot of progress in it anb I become more and more intrested in it. Now final exam is coming. I am busy preparing it . I will try my best to do well in it.
