Recently we did a survey in our class in order to learn about students’ ideal jobs. Here’s a report about my group members’ ideas。
Mary wants to be a fashion designer because she likes beautiful clothes and is good at drawing. Kate wants to be a gardener, she lives plants, and she wants to make the cities better. Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to protect the people safe。
Hopefully everyone can realize their dreams in the future。

小时候，我的理想是当一名优秀、合格的老师。再大一点，我又想当一名环保主义者。但自从姐姐考上大学以后，我的理想又发生了改变。虽然，我有过很多的'理想，但是这次的理想是我永远都不会改变的。
我的真正理想是当新闻学博士，因为我觉得当医生，当老师都要靠以后的发展，而当上新闻学博士是固定的。真正自己以后要做什么，那还要看今后的发展。
我的理想是新闻学博士，成为一位资深的记者，为人民主张正义。发表文章，出书，到各地区进行实地采访，如果记者当得好，就还有可能当主持人。这个理想不但是我的理想，也是爸爸妈妈对我的期望。
我要开始我的理想之旅，一步一个坚定的脚印。虽然现在有一个远大的理想，但是始终要付出于行动。因为空想一百年，不值一文钱。我对明天最好的准备就是今天做到最好！

City traffic is a big problem in some cities in the world, especially in big cities. To solve the problem, someone are in favor of developing buses as means of city traffic. Others are in favor of the subway. Between them,which is the better choice?
在世界上的一些城市中城市交通是一个大问题，尤其是大城市。为了解决这个问题，有人赞成发展公交车作为城市交通的方式。另一些人则赞成地铁。在它们之间，哪个是更好的`选择?
It is easier to take buses as means of city traffic than the subway trains because buses don't need special roads. But buses have also many disadvantages, some of which are very serious. They may cause louder noise and more traffic accidents. Buses give rise to serious air pollution and traffic jam. In order to stop what buses cause, a large amount of hand must be used to widen the roads. On the contrary, the subway train is of more advantages. Except the difficulty and high cost of building the subway, it is superior to the buses in many aspects.
公共汽车作为城市交通方式要比地铁容易，因为公共汽车不需要特别的道路。但是公交车也许多缺点，有些是非常严重的。他们可能会导致噪音和更多的交通事故。公共汽车也导致了严重的空气污染和交通堵塞。为了阻止公交车带来的后果，必须用大量的人力来拓宽道路。相反，地铁列车有着更多的优势。除了建设地铁的难度和高成本外，在许多方面它都优于公共汽车。
Taking the advantages and disadvantages together into consideration，I would be in favor of developing the subway train as soon as possible.

金秋九月，欢乐的暑假时间已过，迎接我们的便是新的开学季，而在9月1号这一天里，我们共同观看了一个特别有意义的节目《开学第一课》，今年的开学第一课主题是:理想照亮未来。
晚上8点，吃完饭后便守在电视旁边，准时观看着开学第一课节目，每到9月份新学期的开始，《开学第一课》总会播放各种有趣且蕴含深刻寓意的故事片段让我们观看，而在这一堂课里不仅可以让中小学生们学习到各种知识，还能在观看节目中，不断感受到各个人生的意义。每一期的《开学第一课》内容都是不相同的，但在每一期的节目里，都能够让我们学习到很多除课本以外的知识，见识到更多祖国一些光荣的事件，同时也让我们在学习中，能够更有目标和动力，这也许是为什么每到九月开学季时，就播放开学第一课节目的原因吧。
今年是党的100周年纪念日，通过《开学第一课》节目里，使我们更加清楚地认识到祖国，认识了我们伟大的党，同时也明白祖国之所以能有今天的繁荣的生活，其背后离不开那些党的努力，为此我们身为中小学生，祖国未来的接班人，我们要以党为奋斗目标，不断学习更多的知识，将来为祖国做出一份贡献，来报效祖国。
通过观看了《开学第一课》，让我明白到我们当前的生活是来之不易的，要充分利用好时间，特别作为少年的我们，珍惜自己的青春，努力学习，为未来的学习打下一个坚定之心，更好的学习向上，为未来祖国建设发展，贡献出自己的一份力量，虽然目前我们还不能为祖国做些什么。但我一直深信知道，当下只有我们好好学习更多的知识，不断加强爱国主义精神，也许某一天里祖国会因你们的成长而感到骄傲的。
