煎蛋，是我最喜欢吃的菜之一。妈妈经常煎蛋给我吃。每次，我都津津有味的吃着妈妈煎蛋鸡蛋。趁着这个寒假，我决定自己学煎鸡蛋。
有一天，我让妈妈教我煎鸡蛋。首先把锅洗干净，然后把锅放到煤气炉上面，然后开火。等锅热了就放点油，油热了就开始放鸡蛋。先把鸡蛋在桌面上敲碎，用手拿着裂开的位置把鸡蛋壳打开，让鸡蛋流进锅里煎一下。等一面煎成金黄色，再用铲子把鸡蛋翻一翻，把另一面也煎成金黄色，然后加一点酱油，就可以用碟子盛起来。吃着我自己煎的鸡蛋，感觉特别香、也特别好吃。

很久就从WAWAYAYA的游戏光盘上学会了三明治的做法，一直和爸爸妈妈说想要自己动手做给他们吃。终于在过年中有机会一展身手。
三明治的配方： 方面包，火腿肠，黄瓜，西红柿。
制作方法： 爸爸把洗净的黄瓜，西红柿和火腿肠切片，我先将黄瓜片放在一片面包上，盖上一片面包，然后再铺上一层西红柿片和火腿肠片，再盖上一片面包，稍微压紧。最后我用刀将方型的面包斜切成两块三角型。 三明治就做成了。
爸爸妈妈，爷爷奶奶 和姐姐都尝到了我做的三明治。他们都说非常好吃，我高兴极了，这可是我第一次给家人做吃的！下次我一定努力做得更好吃！

今天，我要和妈妈一起做馒头。
我把小手洗干净，套上小围裙，开始动工了。妈妈先用温水搅拌了酵母粉，然后抓了几大把面粉，使劲地揉、捏、撮，把面粉揉成团。我手痒痒，也学着妈妈的样子动起来了。可能面粉太少，水多了，全粘在手上了，于是我又抓了几大把面粉，再吃力地揉，虽然不粘了，但还是揉不圆，面团的表面有很多小空隙，我又把面团放在菜板上切，使出“九牛二虎之力”，揉、按、捏、撮，我就不相信撮不好，终于一个光滑的面团出来了。
接下来该发酵了，和妈妈把团放进保温容器里，等了一个多小时后，我们拿出面团，妈妈按了按，已经发酵了。然后我们又重新揉，揉好后把面团弄一小块一小块的，我做自己喜欢的形状，弄好放在蒸笼上等二十多分钟后再开火。
啊！馒头蒸好了，看着一个个大大的、形状各异的馒头，我们开心地笑了，脸上乐开了花。
