Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.

最近，我读了英国女作家夏洛蒂-勃朗特写的《简爱》一书，深有感触。
《简爱》这本书主要写了一位叫简爱的孤儿如何在人间地狱般的孤儿院中顽强地生存下来，并成为一个独立自信的女性的故事，正是在这个故事中，我体会到了很多东西。
在简爱身上，有一种坚强不屈的精神，她不畏强暴，在困难面前从不低头，像冰山上的一朵雪莲花，迎风傲雪，凌驾于一切困难之上。这种精神我们必须具备。因为它是开启成功之门的一把金钥匙。在生活中，我们也要克服困难，坚持真理，比如教师说错了，应及时提出，不能睁一只眼闭一只眼，事不关己，高高挂起；在学习上要勇于攻克难题，不能把它丢在一边或胡乱写个答案就草草了事等等。这样才能让我们获得提高提高。
有一次，我在做奥数，有一题很难，光题目就四五行，读得头都发昏，心一横，想：干脆就不做吧！反正到时候教师要讲，说不定写了半天还是一个叉子，还不如去踢踢球呢！这时李宇杰正要去踢球，我问他还剩几题，他说他这题也不会，我心想：总算找到知音了，于是便一齐去踢球了。可踢着踢着，心里总不踏实，想把那道题做出来不是更好？于是，又“忍痛割爱”心急火燎地跑了回去，啃起了笔头．．．．．．呀！会了！我找到了突破口，大笔一挥，不一会儿算出了答案，可带入题目一验算，还是错的，没事，再来，一遍又一遍，擦了又擦，写了又写，最终，在我不断努力之下，大功告成！我如释重负，心想：功夫不负有心人呀！刻苦钻研必须会得到回报的。
简爱这种坚强不屈的精神一向鼓舞着我，让我奋进！

星期六早上，闲来无事，我打开抽屉，拿出一本浅绿色封面的书，翻开后，一股淡淡的油墨香味扑鼻而来。这本书名叫《简爱·》，是我8岁生日时妈妈送给我的。
《简·爱》的`作者是夏洛蒂勃朗特，这是一本以感情为主题的小说，主要写了出生于穷牧师家庭的简爱从小就受尽舅母与表兄妹的欺辱，之后被送进了孤儿院。进入孤儿院后，她还是没能摆脱悲惨的命运，唯一开心的是结识了新朋友海伦。之后海伦去，简离开了孤儿院，成为了一个庄园的仆人，这时她爱上了庄园的主人罗切斯特……最终两人如愿以偿，长相厮守。
在这本书里，使我印象最深的还是简爱这个人物。简爱是一个心地纯洁、善于思考、不甘忍受社会压迫、用于追求幸福的女性。她在社会底层受尽了磨难，生活遭遇更是令人同情，但她自尊自强。她的一句：“我们是平等的……至少我们经过坟墓，平等地站到上帝面前。”令所有人都为之震撼，深深感受到她的崇高精神与人格魅力。简爱认为感情也应当建立在平等的基础上，并不取决于社会的地位、财富与容貌，仅有男女真正爱上对方，才有可能获得幸福。在这点上，简爱就表现出了一心渴望幸福的强烈，尽管自我身处仆人地位，但她还是没有放弃对罗切斯特的追求……

抱着应付公事的心态，毫不情愿的拿起了这本早被我遗忘到九霄云外的《简爱》，不得不承认，我读书的态度随着故事情节的发展跌宕起伏，我被故事情节深深的吸引住了，当小简爱被斥骂的时候，我不禁对这位被命运捉弄的孩子报以同情的眼光，或者在她的眼中，这所谓的同情是对她的蔑视，她不需要，童年的悲惨遭遇让她反感，也会让他感到痛恨。
或者是海伦和谭波儿小姐的出现，让她学会了改变，但在闲暇之余，我们不得不感慨当时社会的无情与冷漠。伴着简爱的每一次的化险为夷，我不禁为她欢呼，当他勇敢拒绝圣约翰的求婚而坚持自我的真爱时，我被她的选择所感动，当她去照顾已经残疾的罗切斯特的时候，带给人们的不仅仅是感动，更多的是心灵的震撼。
每一段的经历更重要的还是写出了一个青春少女的情感纠葛和心路历程，她的心灵矛盾和内心冲突，她对自由幸福生活的渴望、憧憬和追求，将女主人公的热情奔放，藐视习俗，追求解放的个性，表现得淋漓尽致。
从简爱的身上，不得不对今日的生活报以庆幸，相比较而言，我们所缺少的不都在简爱的身上体现出来了吗，无论是从精神上还是生活中，简爱的任何一点都应当是我们学习的楷模，是当今社会的典范。
