I'll get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that, Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health. I'm going to help my mom and dad with the housework as well in the vacation.I'll learn to cook. As for travelling, I'm planning to go to Hainan. But whether going there or not will be decided on the weather.During the vacation,I'm going to learn more about history,as I'm really poor on it.

中国人都知道，从1840年开始，英国向清朝引进大量，吸食过大量的中国人从此一发不可收拾，直至清朝灭亡，这种毒害仍在继续，甚至逐渐向全世界蔓延。由此可见毒品的危害一斑。
”如今，吸毒的人不只是中学生，就连小学生也加入了这个行列。“这句话是杨顺德警官的演说词。当时，我着实被这句话吓了一跳。冰心奶奶说得好：”游人不解春何在，只拣儿童多处行。“小学生正值朝气蓬勃、清纯可爱的一代，他们仿佛是清晨的朝阳，充满希望；他们是祖国的期盼，拥有大好光明的前途。可是，如今却被”黑暗“慢慢侵蚀，如不及时制止，岂不是出现亡国的危机，怎能”任性“下去……
记得，在接下来的演讲中，杨顺德警官诉说了一件亲身经历的故事。顷刻间，轰动全场。讲的是：一个吸毒者想戒除毒瘾，于是寻求家人帮助。一次家人出去工作前将吸毒者的双手绑在床角的柱子上，没想到，吸毒者犯毒瘾时，脑袋神志不清，像发了疯的疯牛，卖力的挣脱束缚，竟然拖着床，找了把刀，却不小心砍掉了自己的手，又疯疯癫癫冲去阳台，坠落，当场身亡……
只是一件惨痛的.的案例啊！只是赤裸裸的告诫：毒品，不是什么好东西。它只是在一点一点掠夺你人类的理性，使你成为野蛮的猛兽；它只会夺走你的大好前途和你感受人生的机会。都说”父母是家里的顶梁柱。“”孩子是父母的希望。“对于一个家庭，无论是哪位家庭成员走上吸毒的道路，都是对那个家庭沉重的打击，而且吸毒不仅加重了社会负担，还败坏社会风气。总的来说，吸毒对自己、对家庭、对社会，对国家都是百害而不一利的。
所以”珍爱生命，远离毒品。“希望我们共同努力，洁身自好，遵纪守法，出门在外处处留心。希望我们能健康快乐的在祖国的蓝天下成长，并在不久的将来成为国家之栋梁，社会之人才，老师、父母之骄傲！
