孩提时代，爸爸妈妈不在家，我便同外婆居住在乡下。外婆门前有一棵梧桐树，高大粗壮，我总是喜欢顺着它粗糙的盔甲，攀到它肩上玩耍游戏。每当这时，总是能推倒外婆在树下焦急地喊着：“乖孩子，快下来！”我偏不，外婆便许诺给我煮一个我爱吃的鸡蛋，然后弯下腰，让我踩着她的背从树上下来。这时，我才像小猴子一样，笑嘻嘻地荡下树枝，踩着外婆消瘦而坚硬的背脊，一蹦就跳了下来，然后不忘帮外婆捶捶腰，等着外婆的许诺。外婆总是慢慢抬起腰，用手指温柔地戳戳我的脑门，拉着我慢慢离开那棵大树，向厨房走去。

回想起小时的情景，也是在这一片金黄当中，贪玩的我这瞧瞧，那里看看，综也跟不上外婆的脚步。走一段路，外婆便停下来，呦喝我快跟上。想不到几年后的今天，我放慢了脚步，他却跟不上了，外婆是老了。
晚风送去最后的余晖，水泊荡漾着天边的红云。我慢慢的扶着外婆，走上了回家的路。正如同我先前下定的决心一样，我无论以后的路有多漫长，多艰难，我都要在外婆的身旁慢慢地陪她一起走。
