我们是祖国的\'花朵，成长在温室里，却了解时事变迁，了解外面的世界，而自己窝居在灰蒙蒙的温室顶棚下，怎么能不“愁”？还有园丁，土壤给予的希望，互相争艳的攀比之心，不曾接触却已被外面的阴暗所蚀化，那么多脆弱的心灵。
好心情让人幸福，让别人同乐，多好啊。谁又不知道呢？可敏感的我们对于快乐，只是一个加油站，它们则来路不明，去路不清。却无人明白，那一盏车灯的光芒是可以抓住，并保存心底的。拨开天空的乌云，蓝丝绒般美丽。阳光下晒一晒，好心情也是可以变为甜蜜的糖果。兜售幸福的人是我们自己。
想起了一个故事。小和尚不开心，老和尚送他一杯澄澈的水。小和尚不明白。三天后，老和尚问小和尚：“杯中的水怎么样？”小和尚说：“没什么变化。”“那每天落到杯子里的尘埃呢？”答曰：“沉入了杯底”。老和尚笑着说：“是啊，这杯水就如人心，遇到了烦恼，是不能让它离去的，但我们可以将它过滤到心底，水依旧明净啊。回过头来，沉淀下来的也不是烦恼了。”小和尚恍然大悟。好心情更是一种平和，淡定。
悲伤是饼干，安静的发霉，而绿色的霉斑也可以成为漂亮的印迹。若是不快乐，也不要悲伤，因为我们可以自己选择，选择理想中充满阳光般的好心情。
