在我小时候，听过这样一个故事，很受启发。
美国有个NBA（美国篮球协会）联赛，在这一系列联赛中，有个经常出场的队伍叫夏洛特黄蜂队。在这个队伍中，有一个身高只有1.61米的运动员。他就是泰隆博格斯，NBA最矮的球星。他这么矮，怎么在巨人如林的赛场上竞技而且怎么能成为大名鼎鼎的NBA球星呢？这是因为他的自信。
博格斯从小就酷爱篮球，可因为他身材矮小，伙伴们都瞧不起他。
有一天，他伤心地问妈妈：“妈妈，我能在长得高一点吗”
妈妈鼓励他说：“孩子，你能长高，能长得很高很高，会成为人人都知道的大球星的。”
从此以后，长高的梦想就像天上的星星在博格斯的心里飘动着。他每时每刻他都想着妈妈说的那句话。
博格斯横了一条心，1.60的身高也能闯天下！“别人说我矮，我倒偏要证明矮个子也能做大事情！”在一场比赛中，人们看到了博格斯弯着腰，看到球就一个箭步上去，一下子就把球给断了。他个子越矮越能飞速带球过人……
后来，博格斯进入NBA排名前三的夏洛特黄蜂队，在他的技术分析表上写着：“投篮命中率51%，罚篮命中率86%……
“夏洛特的成功在于博格斯的矮。”很多人都这样说。许多的广告上也画上了“矮球星”的肖像。上面是博格斯那张纯朴而自然的微笑。
博格斯至今还记得妈妈对他说的话，虽然他没有长得很高很高，但是他成为了人人都知道的大明星。
这位矮球星说：“要相信自己，只有相信自己，才能成功。”
对此，我十分感动，为他对梦想的执着，也为我自己。我曾经试过复原魔法，十分艰苦，但当我读了这个故事之后，我豁然开朗，坚持到底。这个故事，给了我巨大的启发，我明白了：每个人都祈求成功，但最终只有对自己充满自信的人，到达了成功的彼岸。

但是他的童年谁又能够想象得到呢?他出生在一个贫困的农村，父亲是个没文化的木匠，母亲是个文盲。他从小就想出人头地，虽然连续两次与大学无缘，但是他不放弃，鼓起信心再一次向大学梦发起冲锋!第3年，他终于如愿考入了北京大学!
然而命运的安排并不会就此罢休!他在创业时又遇到了常人难以克服的困难!他为了创办一个中国最棒的英语机构，每天没日没夜的学习，平均每天要给学生上10个小时的课。和他一起奋斗的老师相继放弃了，退出了，但是他十几年如一日，凭着那股信心在坚持，终于拥有了今天的辉煌!
像这样的故事还有很多，多的数不过来。从中，我们能够悟出一个道理：我们要充满信心的去面对生活。
如果人生是一艘帆船，那么信心就是那张满的船帆，给你动力，使你充满了信心去面对生活，向着目标远航;如果人生是一次丛林历险，那么信心就是一把可以披荆斩棘的利刃，让你鼓起勇气，带着信心向远方进发!我相信迎接我们的是成功的喜悦和灿烂的辉煌!

Tourism has developed by leaps and bounds in the past decades in the whole world. Therefore, the issue of whether the tourism will bring harm to the environment is becoming a matter of concern. As for me, I hold that the tourism does more harm than good to the world.
In the first place, the more places we travel to , the more pressure will be added to the environment. Take Dunhuang as an example, the greatest scourge these days comes from the tourists who swarm here by the busload , bring destructive amounts of carbon dioxide and moisture into the caves along with their eagerness for a glimpse of ages past .
Secondly, It has become fashionable for travelers to drive a private car to the place they want to . In this case ,a large number of cars are mushroomed in the road and it cause twice as much as air pollution .At this speed ,we may live in a world which is full of dirty air instead of fresh air.
In sum , although tourism is playing an indispensable role in the society , I still believe that we`d better try to limit its speed according to the harm that brings to the environment.
