nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.

于是他带着疑问去询问村长。村长曾在南方的工厂打过工，见过点世面，他告诉农夫说：“这么多驴，要想评定哪个好哪个差，需要引入驴效评价体系。”农夫一听马上来了精神，问道：“那究竟要怎样做呢?”“其实很简单，你让这些驴都相互打打分评议一下，然后再根据你的判断，结果自然就出来了。”村长得意地说。
农夫听了，如获至宝，马上回到农场把众驴发动起来相互打分。面对农场历史上的第一次相互打分，好多驴都觉得既新鲜又忐忑不安，因为这毕竟关系着自己下一年的口粮啊。负责拉车的十几头驴中有两头是从外边的农场跳槽过来的，有过打分的，于是悄悄地互相通气：大家彼此都打分高一些，多说好话：负责犁地的十几头驴活是没少干，很辛苦，但好像脾气都不大好，经常尥蹶子，一头犁地最多的`五岁驴还曾踢过农夫；负责拉磨的几头驴平时默默无闻，和其他驴来往很少，关系说不上好，也很难找到毛病；其他驴只能凭印象给他们打了分；农夫的坐骑“果老驴”任务很单一，就是载着老板出行，但由于直接服务老板的原因，平时众驴都很敬畏他。
经统计，打分结果出来了，“果老驴”分数最高，两头跳槽过来的拉车驴次之，再次是众拉磨驴，排在后面的是众犁地驴。农夫当即宣布了奖罚决定：排在前面的“果老驴”、“跳槽驴”，每天的玉米棒子增加到15个：排在最后面的几头犁地驴被减了数量不等的玉米棒子，五岁驴被减得最多，竟有5个；排在中间的不增不减。
听到这样的结果，五岁驴等犁地的驴不干了，找到农夫理论：“为什么我们一年犁地风里来雨里去的，干的活最多，可结果却是这样?”农夫回答道：“我也知道你们辛苦，但这个结果是大家评出来的，我也不好轻易改啊，毕竟‘群众的眼睛是雪亮的’，我只能尊重大家的意见。”听了这话，众犁地驴怒火中烧，尥着蹶子，踢开了围栏，离开了农场。
“果老驴”得到奖赏非常高兴，载着农夫更加趾高气扬了：“跳槽驴”等拉车驴暗自窃喜：拉磨驴倒还平静，毕竟玉米棒子没增没减。
由于绝大多数的犁地驴都逃离了农场，没办法，农夫只好把得分高的“跳槽驴”等部分拉车驴调整去犁地。他们很不情愿地听从了农夫的安排。
事情似乎得到了解决，再也没有驴尥蹶子了，也没有了拉车驴的窃窃私语，拉磨驴一如既往迈着缓慢的步子默默拉磨。但很快，农夫就发现地犁得深浅不一，大不如前了。农夫陷入了沉思，难道村长介绍的互相评价的办法错了吗?
