自从在两年前拜读了苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的一百条建议》一书之后，我对他的教育理念充满兴趣，一种追探的愿望十分强烈，陆陆续续读了他的几本书，《把整个心灵献给孩子》这本书，对我的教育工作有很大的启迪。尤其是一个个小案例给我提供了教育的对比，如同一面面镜子能映照出教育的差距，折射出有效的教育途径，也透视出我的教育反思点和教育的方向，下面就对比事例谈谈我的感想。
事例描述：一天早晨，苏霍姆林斯基在校园里散步，看到幼儿园一个4岁的女孩摘下了校园的花房里新开的最大的一朵玫瑰花，从容地向外走。苏霍姆林斯基很想知道她为什么要摘花，就弯下腰亲切地问：“孩子，你摘这朵花是送给谁的？能告诉我吗？”小女孩说：“我奶奶病得很重，我告诉她学校里有这样一朵大玫瑰花，奶奶不相信，我现在摘下来送给她看，看过后我就把花送回来。”苏霍姆林斯基的心颤动了，他带着小女孩，从花房里又摘下了两朵大玫瑰花，对孩子说：“这一朵是奖给你的，你是一个懂得爱的孩子；这一朵是送给你妈妈的，感谢她养育了你这样好的孩子。”
情景对比一：一天早晨，我在上班路上，看见一位老奶奶搀着一位小孙子正从我家楼下经过，老奶奶看见花坛中有一棵月季花树上盛开真粉色的月季花，一边走一边对小孙子说：“奶奶去摘一朵，你拿到幼儿园。”小孙子说：“老师说：‘公园的花不能摘，大家要爱护。’”老奶奶说：“老师又没看见，你对老师说自己家的，不就行了。”说完，老奶奶就摘下了其中开得最大、最艳的一朵。我亲眼见证摘花经过，却没有上前阻拦和教育，只是在思考着一个问题：“教师的教育价值究竟是什么？只是纯粹的课堂或是口头文化还是应该体现在教育波及的整个生活？”在这个事例面前我是一位教育无为者。
情景对比二：在艺术主题活动《秋》的活动背景下，小婕带来了香扑扑的桂花，整个班级弥漫在甜滋滋的桂花香中，大家感受到很温馨和甜蜜。
小忆低声说：“这个花我看见在滨河花园摘的。”小婕的脸一下子暗沉，斜眼看着小忆。眼神中仿佛说：“谁让你说的！”我相信小忆的话，因为他是小婕的邻居，他们又是好朋友。听后，我了小婕花真正来源，小婕不置可否。这时，老师采用说教的口吻说：“小婕把花带到幼儿园，说明她有关心班级，爱同伴的心意，但这种行为对不对？为什么？”接着说：“如果有了这份心意，最好怎么做合适呢？”
又接着说：“公园里的花是公共绿地，大家要爱护，才能美化我们居住的环境。”
三个相似的事例，却折射出不同教育理念下三种不同教育行为，也反映出不同儿童观影响下的教育行为，虽然只是很普通的事例，却发人深省。我的教育起点在行为规范的本身，是幼儿耳熟能详的、条条框框的规则，缺乏人性和情感性，显得比较生硬和枯燥，以说为主，老师常常有这样的感叹：“孩子说说都会、听听都懂、就是做做脱轨。”第二个教育无力的案例就是这种教育方式下的产物。而苏霍姆林斯基的教师却意味深长，让教育者记忆终身。苏霍姆林斯基认为：没有什么比人更重要的了。教育学当成一门“目中无人”的学科，他谈论的中心始终是人，人的思想、人的智力、人的情感。教育是帮助人成长的学问，具有强烈的社会性、情感性。教师是学校教育的主要承担者，更需要有唯美的灵魂、高尚的道德、资深的专业文化，富有生命力和情感化的教育方式引导孩子、教育孩子、在生活教育情境下锻造他们完美纯洁的心灵。
