21世纪是信息化的时代，家家户户都用上了电脑，互联网让人们的生活变得便捷而丰富多彩。身处新世纪的我们，面对充满诱惑的网络世界该怎么办呢？暑假期间，阅读了《五四班的网虫们》这本书，让我有所启发。
记得刚拿到这本书的时候，我就被题目吸引住了——《五（4）班的网虫们》，我是五（8）班，我们一般大小，而且我也喜欢上网，书中到底会讲述一个怎样的故事呢？想不到，索性不去想，打开书迫不及待地看起来，一看就是几个小时，书中的内容深深地吸引了我，让我欲罢不能。
这本书主要讲五四班的绿苗鸣老师抓“虫”的故事。里面有几个重要的人物：长得可爱，鬼主意一箩筐的“天使魔王”郑宵（多像我们班的李和伟呀），会“粘粘功”的徐白（这不就是李晨吗），耍赖大王汤恩伯和吴昀（我们班有黄嘉琅和黄嘉鸿两大“活宝”），人称“四大金刚”，他们都成了绿绿老师要抓的“虫”了。他们有的为了网上的“偷菜”游戏打架；有的为了玩电脑帮别人做事；有的利用生病的幌子上网；还有的居然骗父母的`钱逃课三天去网吧。读到这
儿的时候，我感到这些事仿佛就发生在我们班，从这些同学的身上我可以看到我们班同学的影子，我都一一给他们对号入座，只不过我们班的同学没有他们这么疯狂而已。我不禁想，老师会用什么办法来治他们呢？于是我急切地往后寻找答案——最后他们都被神通广大的绿绿老师治好了。
读完了《五四班的网虫们》这一本书，使我懂得了电脑就像一把双刃剑，用好了就可以为自己的学习服务（网上的知识是那么丰富，百度一下，一切都可以搞定）；用不好就会沉迷于网络游戏，慢慢就会厌学，甚至有些会走上歧途。现在我们班就有很多同学喜欢上网，偷菜、地下城与勇士、斗地主……有些玩得连作业都忘记做了，由于上网时间过长，班上已经出现了不少的“小眼镜”呢！我也喜欢上网，不过我一般不太玩游戏，不过，为了我的眼睛我以后要少上网！
这本书写得太好了，我要把这本书推荐给我们五（8）班的同学们，希望你们能有所启发；我要推荐给我的老师，希望她能像绿绿老师一样把我们班的“小网虫们”统统治好；我还要把它推荐给所有“网虫们”，希望你们能合理地利用网络，健康快乐地成长。

媒体近日报道了多起破坏、霸占共享单车的新闻。从“狂飙突进”，到遭遇“倒春寒”，共享单车面临的尴尬警示我们：拥抱共享经济，我们可能还没有做好准备，特别是文化观念上的准备。
按照经济学家的`解释，共享是指“使用而非拥有”，是在不改变物品所有权前提下的分享模式，其优点在于使资源获得最大限度的利用。这种模式与我国当前努力推行的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念恰相契合。顺应潮流又开风气之先的共享单车，自然而然地受媒体热炒、资本热捧，在短时间内取得了快速的发展。
新事物的超常规发展，往往会暴露基础的薄弱。共享单车频遭霸占、破坏的事实，就印证了这个道理。
首先，共享单车面临着制度支撑不足的尴尬。没有规矩不成方圆。共享单车要健康发展，离不开完善的内外部的制度支撑。从企业来说，共享单车运营公司要不断完善管理体系。比如，建立诚信用车的奖励机制和不当用车、无序停车的惩罚机制。
从政府部门来说，对于适应发展趋势的新形式、新业态，应该扶持与规范并重，主动介入，制定规则，加强监管。对于扰乱道路秩序和城市管理秩序的乱停乱放问题，一方面要兼顾便民和城市管理两个方面利益，提供单车停放区域，另一方面，对于故意毁坏、窃取单车的行为，也要依法处罚，在维护企业利益的同时，放大警示效应。
客观说，从媒体反映情况来看，这两方面做得都不够。
其次，共享单车面临着观念文化基础不牢的尴尬。大爷大妈将共享单车圈起来收看管费，孩子肆意破坏单车，这可能不单单是个别人私德缺失、私欲作祟的问题，而是反映出我们在公民素养和公德教育上还有薄弱环节。共享是“使用而非拥有”，共享的前提是对他人权利的承认和尊重。
权利意识和诚信意识，是共享经济得以充分发展的观念根基，法治文化和诚信文化是共享经济繁荣发展的文化土壤。如果忽视了思想文化的土壤培育，共享经济的发展就会成为沙上建塔，共享单车的单兵推进就会夭折。这才是应对共享单车发展难题最需要直面的问题。
面对突出的新问题，不仅仅是提供国民个人素质这么简单，更关注到政府监管、社会监督等其他方面。今日关注的重点不仅仅只是共享单车这一新事物
