这时候雨已经慢慢变小了一点，窗户也不再发出猛烈的声响了。
橘子老师已经做好了她的课件，所以她终于可以放松下来了。当她准备伸一个懒腰的时候，发现劳拉还坐在她的旁边。这个学生就是怕待在班里太吵了才跑到这里来的。此时劳拉正低着头盯着数学练习册上的'一道题，手指不停地转动着她的笔，眉头都皱成了一条线，应该很苦恼吧。于是橘子老师带着关切的语气问道：“怎么啦，是遇到不会的题了吗？”劳拉听到橘子老师在问她之后，带着迷茫的眼神慢慢抬起了头。
“老师，数学实在是太难了啊，我想了好久都不知道这道题要怎么写。”原来真的是被数学题困扰了。“老师来帮你看一下。”橘子老师拿过她的练习册，思考了一会儿就知道答案了。于是她一步一步慢慢来，先引导劳拉找出题目给出的已知条件，然后再根据题目要求进行转换。在她仔细耐心的指导下，劳拉成功地写出了这道题目。
“老师好棒啊！我终于懂了！”劳拉带着崇拜和感激的眼神看着橘子老师。尽管橘子老师带着口罩，劳拉也能看得出来她此刻正在笑。这又推翻了她的高冷形象。
其实一直以来劳拉都很佩服数学老师，她认为数学学得特别好的都是很厉害的人。在她眼中橘子老师也很厉害。所以她也有个疑惑，于是她大胆地问了橘子老师：“老师，为什么你数学学得这么好呀？能从事数学方面的工作我都觉得好厉害啊。”橘子老师听到她问出这个问题，一开始是有点惊喜的，但是很快就明白过来了，她是在寻找对数学的兴趣呢。“因为对数学很热爱呀。其实上学的时候数学就是我的一个优势科目，自己也很爱学数学，所以也经常研究这方面的东西。我对数学有特别的兴趣，也想把自己的经验传递给别人，所以就当起了老师，我还挺开心的。”橘子老师很真诚地讲，而劳拉也在认真地听。
“那你呢？你刚才不是说想打排球吗，看得出来你应该打得挺厉害的吧，你又是因为什么而喜欢排球呢？”劳拉没有想到橘子老师竟然也反问她了。“当然也是因为喜爱啦。排球让我改变了很多，接触排球后我变得更加开朗了，也因此而结交了很多好朋友，性格也变得越来越好，会积极努力，想要求上进了。”橘子老师注意到她讲话的时候眼睛里仿佛闪着光，她是真的很喜欢排球呢。“那还挺不错的。我对排球也蛮有兴趣的，只是一直没有时间学，也没有空打，还挺遗憾的。”原来橘子老师也有想学排球的愿望。“老师要是不介意的话，我可以教你呀！虽然我打得不是很好，希望老师不会嫌弃。”劳拉即刻来了精神。“当然不介意，我一定腾出时间来学排球。”橘子老师笑着看着她。“那就这么说好了，老师可不能反悔喔！我们操场见！”劳拉想举起手跟橘子老师击一个掌。橘子老师见状便伸出了手，两个人的约定就这么形成了。
橘子老师手上的手表已经指向了4点50分，还有10分钟就要下课了。“那你现在还有什么问题吗？”橘子老师指着她的练习册。“问题……还挺多的……”劳拉有点不好意思地挠了挠头。“我还挺喜欢数学的，可是这几次考试考得都不太好，我也有很多不会做的题，我好想考好一点啊……”劳拉并没有立刻指问题给橘子老师看，而是说出了自己的内心想法。
这次橘子老师轻声地说：“考不好没关系的，每个人都有可能经历起伏，可是那些后来拿到高分的人就是坚持不懈、不被轻易打倒的人。数学确实很难，但是我们脚踏实地，走好每一步的话就会有很大的进步啦。”劳拉一下子就抬起了头，用着坚定的眼光点了点头。而橘子老师也露出了一个信任她的眼神。
橘子老师又看了一下自己的手表，还有两三分钟就要下课了。“那老师，我可以经常来找你问问题吗，我的问题实在是太多了，而且好多都不明白。”劳拉可能也没想到自己会这么说吧。“当然可以呀，能帮助你们解决问题我也挺开心的。”橘子老师点了点头。
“叮铃铃，叮铃铃……”熟悉的下课铃声响了起来。“那老师我走啦，今天谢谢老师啦。”劳拉拿过她的练习册、笔和草稿纸，又说了一句拜拜之后就离开了办公室。
出来之后，她变得开心了很多，她又重拾了对数学的信心，也不再那么困扰了。这次对话真的让她收获挺大的，也让她变得很安心。她现在又想回教室里写数学题了。她也很期待下次和橘子老师的见面。

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.
