你们好！
已经过了十几年了，你们都在无私地关心着我，把我培育成人，经过了多少的风吹雨打，但你们毫无怨言，总是微笑面对。
妈妈，你好！您还记得在我七岁的一个晚上，您因为工作上有急事，所以出门了。哦一个人在家看电视。可是，看着看着，心里越来越害怕，就给你打电话，你说你在加班，可是我一直缠着你，你只能回家陪我，看着我睡觉，一边陪坏一边抚摸着我的肩。后来，就因为这件事您被扣了工钱，现在，我感到很惭愧。
爸爸，您也好！你平常的态度都很严肃，我一直很怕您，现在我不怕了，因为我知道你都是为我好。有一次，我考试考得不好,没给你签名,就偷偷地让奶奶帮我签。不只为什么,这件事被您知道了,所以非常生气，但你没有打我，而是给我讲道理。从这里，我看出您对我的关心。爸爸妈妈,你们对我的关心。我永远不会忘记，你们对我的教导我会永记在心。父母是孩子的第一任老师，是你们给了我生命，给了我知识，我会用成绩来报答你的。

你们好！
你们总是默默地为我付出，却不求任何回报。在你们的精心照料下，我茁壮的成长了，也变得日渐成熟，可你们的额头上却增添了道道皱纹，头上也长出了丝丝白发。我一直有话对你们说，可是一直没有机会，我这次写信给你们，就是想诉说我对你们的千言万语。
爸爸，您一向对我很严厉，我知道您那是为我好。记得有一次，我学骑自行车，不慎摔了下来，妈妈急忙来扶我，拿药水为我消毒，可您却不许妈妈帮我，让我自己站起来。我当时很伤心，以为你不再爱我了。后来我才明白，其实你是为我好，你有磨炼我的毅力，摔倒了自己站起来，克服困难，继续向前走，正因为您让我靠自己，不能拷贝人，才让我学会了骑自行车，更让我在以后的人生道路上克服困难，永不退缩。
亲爱的妈妈，您一直让我独自一人，到我不认识的地方去，让我和陌生人交往，老是爱把我往其他地方赶，我一直认为你不喜欢我，其实不是的。是您想让我变得开朗，敢于和生人交往，让我面对现实，可以自己独立。有一次，我们在商业大厦买了一件衣服，你让我拿着发票和钱自己去付帐，我埋怨你不会自己去，当你看见我独自一人付好钱的时候，你欣慰地笑了，笑得那样甜美，我终于明白了你的用心良苦。

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.

Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.
I really miss you when I am writing this thank you letter. I can’t wait to go home to share more time together with you.You are my most important people in the world and I will love you forever.
