北方江南是济南。
济南，泉城，有山有水。南依泰山，背靠黄河，真像老舍笔下那般“山水兼备，并不呆板”，倒是还带着点秀气的味道。
天，也是燥热的。心里却不似在“重庆大火炉”里那般热辣。是有水的缘故吧，在济南的太阳天里，我们一行人只觉得心头充溢着生活的静谧--- 只觉得在济南那无限量供应的阳光里给生生晒醉了。
去的是趵突泉，景区的一切像是浑然天成：沥青的瓦，朱红的墙，黑的木栏杆，黑的木门楼，平坦的小街，青石板的路……时而平平逶迤，时而拾级而上。脚步在每一级台阶上反反复复，似是渴求般的想把这喧嚣闹市中的一角宁静全数收入眼底。趵突泉的“泉”自然是最美的——在墙边两石块的夹缝中，挤出一股清流。缓缓地，时而又流的很急。那石缝里的“泉”从不止住，一个劲的往外涌。不时四溅的水滴打在石块上，清脆的声响不绝于耳。池里的泉水已经满了，石缝里的“泉”却不愿意停，似乎是要将那青蓝的水渗入那青灰的石板路里才肯甘心。
济南，他若是只有趵突泉这一处水，是谈不上秀气的。作为独一无二的“泉城”，巷子里也有人游泳，最热点的黑虎泉每天都有人推着自行车来打水，不知道那炊烟人家里稻米会是如何的飘香。躲在深闺的趵突泉则把水都送进了大明湖，所以石碑上趵突泉的“突”字少了一点，而大明湖排楼上的“明”字多了一点。多了的这一“点”水让人们有了好去处，“一城山水半城湖”，逃到这半城的湖水边，“三
面荷花四面柳”，格外凉爽。人约黄昏后，会看到矍铄的老年人带着小音箱，开着很大音量放着山歌散步，又是济南一景。
济南人是好的。既有北方人的大气爽朗，又带着南方人的温暖柔情。有一回去买水果，付账时没零钱，三十多块的家伙，卖水果的大妈愣是只要了我三十。我走时她还朝我招招手，“阿么(山东昵称，小妹，是外地来旅游的吧。在济南好好玩儿!”再看济南的大街上，你侬我侬的情侣、携手相将的夫妻、步履蹒跚的老者、活泼可爱的孩子——他们都过着自己的生活，却又在一起构成了这个城市。对于济南，我真是因为一座城喜欢上了一城的人;又因为这城里的人恋上了这座城。
康熙爷想把江南移到北京，甚至是承德，却终是画虎不成。因为——
北方的江南是济南。
