减负英语话题小作文【一】

近年来,关于为中小学生减负的问题一直在被讨论。近期,有人提出将体育纳入高考,我想,我并不认同这一方案。

我想,站在该方案提出者以及无数人的角度来看,体育运动为孩子提供了放松时间,更有益于学生学习,促进身心健康发展。可我们来细细算一笔账。据调查表明,一个普通高中生一天在校时间为十五小时,在文化课上所花的时间达十一小时甚至以上。当文化课尚且应接不暇的情况下,学生又哪有更多的精力分给体育。

其次,一旦体育与高考相联系,其本身的`性质便没有那么纯粹了。高考意味着什么,是成绩、是期许,更可能是未来。在这样的情况下,体育就变得“分数化”了。它从学生疲惫忙碌之余的休闲转变成了另外一种劳累。它变成了实实在在的分数,或许再夸张一点,它也可能变成未来的决定因数。这样,原本轻松的体育课在某种程度上成了学生的另一种负担。

从另一个角度来看,体育纳入高考是否公平?每个个体都存在或多或少的差异,面对这样分差异,该方案是否有信心平衡这种差异?避开残疾学生不谈,对于那些患有慢性病隐性病或者体质特殊的学生该如何处理?这类学生既无法享有同残疾人一样的权利,又无法正常参加参与高考,是该给他们满分?还是平均分?无论哪一个都是不公平的。这类学生本可以通过自己的努力在文化课上抹去身体给自己带来的劣势,却因为体育重新将自己的缺点暴露出来。这会不会对他们的心理造成伤害?这又何尝不是一种负担?我想,在这个问题解决前,是否将体育纳入高考还有待考量。

再者,站在学校的角度这也是不公平的。一些城镇高中基础设施完善,这一切都不成问题。可反观一些农村学校呢?他们甚至连操场都没有,甚至无法开展正常的体育课,对于这样的学校,又该如何处理?拨款改造?政府扶持?这不是短短几年内就可以解决的问题。因此,体育纳入高考是否不够妥当?子非鱼,安知鱼之乐。子非学生,安知学生之辛苦。别把减负强加给学生,别让减负变成一块巨石,狠狠地压在学生的脊背上,让体育自由地在阳光下生长。

为贯彻落实北京市教委和密云县教委关于减轻学生过重课业负担的八项规定,切实减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,保护青少年学生健康和谐的发展,结合学校实际,特提出如下几点实施意见:

4、教师改革课堂教学模式,不断提高业务素质,向课堂四十五分钟要质量。加强学习小组建设,课堂教学中调动学生参与的主动性和积极性,每节课讲授时间原则上不超过20分钟。

5、严格严格控制作业量。教师布置作业坚持“”精选、批改、讲评”原则,做到有布置有批改有反馈,为了满足不同层次学生需求,教师要分层次布置作业。

6、学生在校学习时间不超过8小时(课间、午间休息时间不含其中)学校早7:50预备,8:00准时上课。结合我校寄宿制的特点和宝成公交公司(18路)早间要先接我校中学生,后接小学生这一现实情况,学校早间安排教师管理先乘车到校的学生,以保证学生在校期间的安全。

7、严禁非住宿学生参加住宿生晚自习,严格控制住宿生晚自习时间,按时作息,保证学生充分睡眠时间。
