春天的到来，代表着我新的一个学期的开始，我要对自己更加的严格一些，要把自己的坏习惯和不好的脾气改一改，让自己更加的优秀，和同学之间的矛盾也少一些，和同学们友好的相处，成为一个团结互助的`班级，和同学们一起进步。
上课的时候，要认真听讲（春天的时候要更加的精神集中，因为春天更加容易容易犯困），做作业的时候不能够三心二意，要一心一意，以前我总是边吃东西，边做作业，所以效率老是不高，要不是老是写错，要不就是写的很慢，有几次，字也写的不好看，这个不良习惯，是一个狡猾的罪犯，每次我刚要抓到他的时候，都被他溜走了，现在，我下定决心，一定要把他捉拿归案。我的坏脾气就是：总喜欢欺负我弟弟，把他惹哭了的时候，我就会觉得很开心，你们说我是不是很不好呀？我一定要好好的改改这个坏脾气呢？

该词意为：by the agreement， by the following terms and conditions，“凭此协议”，“凭此条款”，常用于合同协议书中以引出合同当事人应承担的主要合同义务。如：

This is my first week in ** Senior Middle School.Everything here is new for me.Our school is an old school but it`s very beautiful.I have 50 new classmates in my class.They`re all very excellent, I think, and I felt a little sad.Because I`m too common.But come to think of it,it`s a very good thing.I believe I can also be very excellent if I study with such excellent classmates.I didn`t know why Ms *** chose me to be the committee of study.But I know it`s a good chance for me to raise my ability.All I can do is do my best in the future.I am sure that Ms *** and my classmates can help me when I do something wrong.
