无所不通的告诉我，南京市有近百个公园，目前免费的公园有近60个。在玄武湖公园免费开放之后，我不禁要问：其他的几十个公园何时能全部免费开放呢？
因为卖票的原因，我虽然身为南京人，虽然已经10岁了，但我却只去过一次玄武湖公园。记得那是我上大班时，那时我的身高还不需要买票，带我到玄武湖里开了一次电动船，后来长高了，就不愿带我去了，他们说，省下几十块钱干什么不好？现在好了，玄武湖公园终于免费开放了。
从电视上得知，仅10月1日国庆节当天，就有30万人涌入玄武湖公园，可以说是人挤人、人挨人，一眼望去，全是人的脑袋，我和爸爸先后几次坐车经过这里，那么高的人气，真是让小商贩笑掉了牙，让累坏了腰。
爸爸对我说：“虽然免费了，但因为是‘黄金周’，我们本地人不去添乱，让外地来南京游玩的同胞们玩得地方大一些、开朗些……”
在全国其他地方的`公园一片涨价声中，为什么我们南京的公园却能做到免费？我想恐怕离不开这两条原因：一是改革开放为我们南京积累了一定的资金，让南京有底气这么做；二是我们南京市的领导考虑问题大气，是大发展的需要，也是创建和谐社会的需要。

着重必须根据自身的实际情况，定出切实可行的养生之法。换句话说，必须因人而宜，不要跟着感觉走。
随着时代的发展，人们对养生保健的认识有了很大的提高，从而更加关注自己生命，对自己身体的内容和质量也有了更高的要求。《着重保健枕边书》主要从了解自身的身体状态、让青春永驻、饮食调养与养生、养生保健说护肤、疾病防治与保健、养生保健常识、古今养生之道这七个方面来写的。
儒家孔子曰：“食不厌精，脍不厌细”，“食不语，寝不言”，足见饮食起居有一整套规矩，他说：“君子有三戒：少之时，气未定，戒之在色；及其壮也，气方刚，戒之在斗胆及其老也，气既衰，戒之在得。”这是对着重的细目的见解，说得很有理。更为重要是，他非常重视个人的虎斗龙争。后来，儒家对修身养性下了很多功夫，对养生有极为重要的意义。
再有一个多月我们就要离开学校，走向工作岗位了，工作是第一，但没有一个良好的身体也是无法工作的，所以在我的观念中，身体比工作更重要，因为，良好的体魄是优秀工作的前提。
