120急救中心，这是一个富有激情、充满挑战的地方。路过或者看病的人无不惊叹这些行色匆匆的绿色身影，我们每天都在和神赛跑，在生与的较量中，争分夺秒，永不放弃!

有人说，这里的工作最忙。无论是烈日炎炎的夏天，还是寒风凛冽的冬夜，无论是大雨倾盆的雨天，还是大雪纷飞的雪天，只要有人求救，我们都会立即奔赴前线，高楼、街道、村庄，每个角落都留下我们的足迹，洒下我们的汗水。

我们是绿衣战士，“救扶伤，争分夺秒”是我们的职责。记得2013年8月的一天，高温40°，调度中心接到求救电话，西鲍一村民因家庭纠纷服农药自，情况十分危急。救护车火速赶往现场，患者为中年女性，面色青紫，无心跳呼吸，医务人员迅速把病人抬到车上，在狭小、颠簸的急救车内进行胸外按压、简易呼吸囊辅助呼吸、建立静脉通道，使用急救药品……说实在的，由于车速很快，站立不稳，再加上急救推车的高度有限，在120车上行心肺复苏真的很吃力，我们只能两腿分开，双膝倚着推车，弓着腰进行，有时一个急刹车，能从前晃到后,几个循环下来，全身是汗。尽管已经精疲力竭，浑身湿透，但我们一刻也没有放弃生的希望。由于抢救及时、措施得当，病人出现了呼吸，恢复了心跳，家属看着满头大汗、绿衣后背铺满层层白色盐霜的护士连声道谢，我们的护士看着脱离了生命危险的病人，内心漾起一种无以言说的幸福感!她们笑着说:“这是应该的，我们付出了汗水，可收获的是一条鲜活的生命，我们跟你们一样感到高兴!”

说实话，在120急救中心，这里的工作最脏，常有被病人液、呕吐物喷溅的情况发生，可是我们这一群爱美的护士，将“美”升华成了对生命的尊重，无论多累多脏，没有怨言，积极地为病人实施各种抢救措施。

我们是绿衣战士，“关爱生命，服务人民”是我们的宗旨。记得2011年6月29号的下午，120在城隍庙接回了一名患者，“双足III°烧伤，右前臂、右臀部深II°烧伤”，患者为痴呆中年男性，因无法说出具体情况，没法联系家人，汇报院领导后，决定暂时留置在急诊室，一切治疗、护理由急诊医护人员负责。本来急诊工作就忙，再加上这么难护理、无家属的痴呆患者，这下可苦了急诊室的护士姐妹。特别是伤后的第4天开始，患者的双足坏部位爬满了蛆虫，高温天气，恶臭扑鼻。一般人看了就呕、闻了就吐，可我们的急诊护士强忍着恶臭为他输液、翻身、清创换药、擦洗身体、更换床单……每日护理完大家都一整天不想吃饭。说实话，80、90后护士，平时在家都是娇生惯养，那么爱干净，可在科室，面对这个“活宝”一个个都没怨言，轮流照顾患者，还自己掏钱买生活用品、食物……浓浓的爱心、暖暖的温情，似乎起到了药物无法达到的疗效。在绿衣姐妹们的精心护理下，三十天后患者的伤口渐渐愈合。他带着急诊护士们的爱心和希望，依依不舍地离开了这温暖的大家庭---兴化市人民医院急诊室。我们相信这颗爱的种子也一定会在他心里发芽，传播着，让我们的幸福无限放大。

也有人说，这里的工作无规律，突发事件多，经常需要加班加点。因为我们是120，不仅肩负着160万人口的急救工作，还负责危重病人的转诊。只要一个电话，急诊护士就要放下刚捧上手的热腾腾的饭菜;只要一个电话，急诊护士就要从甜美的睡梦中醒来，留下独自在家的儿女;只要一个电话，急诊护士刚下班回家还来不及卸下一身的疲惫，就要匆忙赶往医院。拉起救护铃，披我绿战袍。

还有人说，这里的工作最有挑战性。急诊工作千头万绪，如履薄冰，我们总是千分的谨慎、万分的小心。在绿衣姐妹们主管负责、精心关注下从神手里救回了一个又一个命悬一线的生命。瞧!这一个个触目惊心的病例：因腹痛、腹泻考虑急性胃肠炎就诊，经护士的评判性思维，确诊宫外孕;因车祸拍片检查为腰椎间盘突出而留观，经护士严格床头交接班，确诊肠破裂;因恶心、胸闷不适考虑中暑就诊，经护士仔细观察，确诊急性心梗;因酒后头疼、呕吐考虑酒精中毒就诊，经护士详细评估，确诊脑溢……这样的事例不胜枚举。正因为急诊护士有着丰富的临床，灵活的评判思维，敏锐的观察力，高超的急救技术，使更多的病人重新绽放了生命的花朵。

曾今有人问我：整天和危重病人打交道，整天生活在腥味和药水味中你们有幸福感吗?是呀，我幸福吗?我有过累，有过怨，甚至想过转行、逃离。可当我看到病人恢复健康，家属满脸幸福时，我的内心也无比的幸福、满足。
