摘要：小学语文教学中，教师要善于挖掘教材中的想象之源；捕捉、创设生活情景中的想象之点，引导学生展开想象的翅膀，大胆想象，养成想象习惯，从而提高写想象作文的水平。

想象是创新的先导，没有想象就没有创新，世界上许多发明创造都来源于科学家的想象。因此，小学语文教学中，教师要善于挖掘教材中的想象之源；捕捉、创设生活情景中的想象之点，引导学生展开想象的翅膀，大胆想象，养成想象习惯，从而提高写想象作文的水平。
一、幻想作文法
丰富少年幻想是少年儿童的天性。教师可以引导学生在注意科学的基础上，在幻想的地里自由翱翔。具体指导方法：运用科幻连环画的内容，去启发学生的幻想；借助刊物报道的科研成果和未来科研项目进行幻想等。如，让学生写《揭开飞碟之谜》《月球上的新居民》《火星探险记》《海地旅游记》等。
二、情景扩充法
想象作文毕竟是作文，它的题材与其他作文同样来源于生活，如果离开了生活源泉，就犹如无本之木。因此教师要经常指导学生广泛接触自然、社会，善于观察、分析周围的人、事、物，多阅读课外书籍，充实作文素材，增强感悟力。特别是要人为地创设或捕捉一些情景，全方位、多角度地引导学生仔细观察、分析、思考，学生会釜底抽薪，想象薪火会越燃越旺，从而产生种种天方夜谭、奇特怪异的想象。给学生一个简单概述性情节，让学生根据此情节展开丰富想象，构思出事情的细节内容，扩充为一篇具体生动的文章。给学生提供：“有几个少先队员在树林里发现了一只摔伤了的小鹦鹉，他们把小鹦鹉带回家去，精心护理和喂养，当小鹦鹉的伤好后，学生又把它送回树林里去。”当然让学生合理的想象事情发生的时间、地点和经过。
三、观察联想法
引导学生观察一种事物，然后启发学生由观察到事物引起的丰富联想。如，引导学生观察晴朗的夜空、看皓月星群后，启发学生从神话传说、星座名称、科学知识等各个角度入手，展开丰富奇妙的想象，最终写出生动新颖的想象作文。
四、画面写意法
