今天我们学校组织了一场为缓解高三学习生活紧张情绪的拓展活动。虽然今天天气不是非常好，下着小雨，但是我们还是如期地进行了室外的活动。
其实来之前老师就说过有些游戏比较危险，要一切行动听指挥，所以一直以来就很紧张，很害怕。到了那里，从那边老师讲话开始，就知道这个活动特别正规。后来我们制作了我们的班旗与口号。再后来，我们参加了断桥，求生，翻叶子，极速90秒，动感颠球等活动。特别是断桥这个活动，一开始我特别害怕，一直在旁观别的同学跨过去，但是当自己做好防护措施的时候，当自己站到断桥一侧的时候，还是异常的紧张与无助。害怕自己会失手踏空掉落，但最后还是一鼓作气，眼睛一闭，跳了过去，最后还是成功跨越了。所以其实有些时候在你看来十分危险，或是你认为你做不到的时候，你一定要去进行尝试，因为只有这样以后 ，你才会真正知道你的极限在哪里。
包括后来的求生，一开始当我们一看到这种情况，就想要放弃，但是最后我们不都还是做到吗？攀岩的高度如此之高，但是我们最后不还是做到了吗？......动感颠球，让我们知道了团结协作的力量；断桥，让我们知道勇气的可贵；求生，让我们懂得如何在危险之中保护自己.......
虽然现在回到家洗完澡腰酸背痛，没什么力气，但是总结下来，这次活动对我们最后60多天的冲刺乃至以后的人生都是很有意义的。千万不要连尝试都不尝试就说自己不行，要勇于去拼搏，其实你离成功并不遥远!
