On the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some house's windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.
The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.
So the Chinese New Year comes to the end.

大赛开始了，教室里弥漫着紧张的.气息，虽然我对这次大赛胜券在握，但还是紧张得不时冒冷汗，生怕老师考到我不熟悉的词。老师开始考单词了，我的心怦怦乱跳，果然不出我所料，老师考了一个平时很少用的单词，这个单词本来我很熟悉，可是，不管我怎么努力就是想不起来，这可如何是好？我急得直跺脚，心跳加快，心好像就要从我身体里跳出来了。怎么写，怎么写呀？我一直念叨着这几个字，连手掌心里都沁满了汗水。最后，我决定执行A计划——抄同桌的，我同桌可是个了不起的人物，英语学得特棒，每次考试都名列前茅。于是，我便把手搭在脸上，眼睛偷偷地瞄向同桌的卷子，看不清楚，于是我又把凳子向他那边靠了靠，胜利了。我偷偷地望向四周，没人发现。
虽然百词大赛考完了，但我的心里还是忐忑不安，我为自己的作弊行为感到懊悔，我为什么要抄别人的？为什么不凭借自己的努力去思考而选择走捷径？真后悔呀，这样虽然我得到了成绩，却因此失去了诚信，真是“一失足成千古恨”呀！

1。Whereas
该词意为：considering that， “鉴于”，“就（而论”，常用于合同协议书的开头段落以引出合同双方订立合同的理由或依据。如：Whereas Party A desires to use the Patented Technology of Party B to manufacture and sell the Contract Products……鉴于甲方希望利用乙方的专利技术制造并销售合同产品。
2。Whereby
该词意为：by the agreement， by the following terms and conditions，“凭此协议”，“凭此条款”，常用于合同协议书中以引出合同当事人应承担的主要合同义务。如：
A sales contract refers to a contract whereby the seller transfers the ownership of an object to the buyer and the buyer pays the price for the object。 句中a contract whereby the seller transfers……意为：a contract by which the seller transfers……

在人生中，我经历了许许多多的往事，似乎每一件事情都印证了我的成长，成长记事中，有我最开心的，有我最难忘的，还有我最刻骨铭心的.。
这是小学毕业后的暑假，那时的我，特别的胖，胖到你无法想象。身高一米六，体重一百六这句话形容我最恰当不过。连我妈都看不下去了，最后决定给我报篮球班。
谁知，小升初要考试，初升高要考试，这小小篮球班也要考试。一天上午我便被老妈叫了起来。半小时后，我就来到了一所学校的操场。
不一会儿，就到了最后的一个项目。我心中暗叫不好，估计是长跑，小声默念：不要长跑。谁知老师一开口便是：来，三千米，跑完今天就可以走了。虽然我心里早有准备，但还是大吃一惊。三千米，对于普通人来说，不是什么大事，无非有点累。但这对于当时体重一百六，最多就跑过六百米的我来说，犹如一场马拉松。还未开始跑，便两腿微颤，身冒冷汗。看着他人走上了起跑线，我也只能木木地跟了上去。
逃避估计是不可能的了，只能马当活马医，硬着头皮上了。随着老师一声令下一行人跑了出去，我则在后面慢慢跟着。一边跑，嘴里一边小声默念：一圈4百米，一共八圈，这是第一圈。希望借此来转移自己的注意力，跑的轻松一点。但事与愿违，第三圈，我便十分累了；三圈半，我的两腿如同灌铅，两眼发黑；第四圈，我便被超了一圈，迈一步都极累，一秒如同一个世纪。无数次想放弃，看到老师期待的眼神，我都打住了，我心里默默对自己说一定要坚持下来。
不知过了多久，我终于迈过了终点线。两腿一软，便坐在了地上。老师对我竖起了大拇指。看刚才跑过的跑道，我的心里满是震撼，不敢相信自己竟然可以跑下来。
在成长的路上，我第一次懂得了坚持，体会到了成功的喜悦。
如今，我已经初三了。我知道，成长这条路还很远，我也要在这条路上走出光。
