但是与男性气质相比较女性气质更加依赖与身体的表达，因此，社会在无形中对于女性身体的约束是很多的。女性对于这种身体的规则往往又是情愿的。为什么呢？有的是为了接受赞美，有的是为了在工作和中打败别的异性角色。有的则是为了自我陶醉。因此女性们注意着自己的动作和姿势，要求自己苗条而有曲线，要自己的手脚甚至每一个细节都保持精致，为了保持这样的气质，女性就与自己的身体展开了斗争。

这样的状况不仅令当事人自己陷入恶性循环中，她的孩子在未来也往往同样贫穷。贫穷在代际之间传递，但她们为了生存一刻都没有停歇过。
这甚至让采访的记者赶到困惑，像日本这样的发达国家，居然也有这么多的女性连每天吃饱饭都做不到吗？
在东亚社会，结婚后安心做主妇一直是主流，所有人都会这样想。对于只有丈夫工作的家庭，日本政府甚至会有相应的免税政策，以及针对主妇的免费养老保险。
另一方面，日本的终身雇佣制与糟糕的经济形成了巨大的矛盾，更多人不得不接受毫无保障的雇佣，几乎得不到应有的社会福利。这其中女性的人数超过一半，工资酬劳也只有男性的70%到80%左右。男女之间年薪差异甚至可以达到一半以上。
过于依靠家庭和歧视性的雇佣制度导致的`后果是，一旦失去丈夫，女性很快就会陷入贫困之中。她们缺乏工作经验，难以找到薪酬较高的工作，还要带孩子、操持家务，每日疲于奔命。
我突然理解为何总有人说单亲家庭的孩子容易出问题了，特别是单亲妈妈带的孩子。并不是因为孩子必须有父亲的陪伴，而是单身女人独自带孩子是一件非常、非常、非常艰难的事情，她可能要把所有时间都花费在挣钱上，才能仅仅填饱母子的肚子。
有被采访的单亲妈妈一个人带三个孩子，她找不到正式的工作，不得不同时打三份工。除了挣出四个人的生活费以外，她还必须挤出钱给孩子交学费，至于孩子们期待去上的课外班则完全无能为力。
尽管这位妈妈很注重教会孩子们就算贫穷也要努力自强，但这种家庭中有多少孩子能够得到母亲百忙之中额外的教诲呢？更多的人可能会中途辍学，找不到稳定的工作，成为社会的边缘群体。
女性的贫穷是被忽略的。人们总以为她们可以通过结婚找人养着，却不去看那些苦苦挣扎的、家庭保障以外的人。
即便我们不提婚姻是否能真正让女性幸福，过大的女男不同酬也在危害着女性的生存。
就业歧视、社会保障不足、教育资源昂贵……这些困难是靠个人努力无法解决的，然而“都是她们不努力”的指责却不绝于耳。
“你是要找生活艰辛的女性吗？那要多少有多少啊！”
记者在去职业培训学校找采访对象的时候，校长这样对他说。
这样的话实在是无比刺耳。
