你也可以在空闲时到公园跑步，看看鸟语花香的景色，并定让你沉醉当中。而且，你也可以陪同家人到户外一起运动，这样不但能促进亲子关系，还能锻炼自己的身体，岂不就是一举两得，一箭双雕呢？
初此之外，你也可以在运动时，结识到志同道合的朋友。那么，你的人际关系也会大大增加，还能与他们交换各自的心德。运动的'时候，你也可以把烦恼、不愉快的事情抛到九霄之外。
