报答父母的英语作文【一】
春寒料峭的三月，乍暖还寒时，迎来了我校首届感恩节。校园中黄色的迎春花、粉色的桃花、白色的杏花竞相开放，一切的一切欢欣而温暖，伴随着悠扬的《跪羊曲》，我记忆的阀门也随之打开……
我亲爱的妈妈！记得五岁那年，我生了一场大病，高热整整持续了三天。是您，把我背到医院，一直守在病床前，给我喂水、喂饭，没日没夜的照顾我。在您的悉心呵护下，我的病好了，而您整整瘦了一圈，眼睛熬得通红，当时我的心里酸酸的，一直想着妈妈真好，将来一定要好好报答您，可是我拿什么来报答呢？
妈妈！无情的岁月夺走了您那光泽的皮肤、红润的脸颊，一根根白丝悄悄爬上您那乌黑的头发，您在为我付出，为我操劳，我看在眼里，记在心头。妈妈！是您生我、养育了我，是您在我生病时照顾我，是您在我犯错时包容我，是您在我遇到挫折时鼓励我。您的爱早已凝结在我的心田，您对我的点点滴滴都充满了爱意。可我拿什么来报答您呢？
如果说妈妈的爱像雨露，爸爸的爱则像阳光，照亮我迷茫忐忑的心，让我即便在冬日里也能感受到温暖。
我亲爱的爸爸！由于我性子比较急，而且又有点小马虎，所以每次考试前便如临大敌，紧张的吃不下饭，睡不着觉。而这时，我的爸爸！不管工作多忙，劳累了一天的您都会抽出时间陪我，一遍一遍的告诉我：考多少分数不重要，只要发挥出自己水平，会做的不要出错就行了。而我，却还是会粗心做错题，您用和蔼的眼神看着我，语重心长地说：“婷婷，你要知道，学生粗心只是影响成绩，但是汽车驾驶员粗心却可能会发生交通事故，医生粗心则可能会让病人失去生命，你要为自己的行为负责呀……”
亲爱的爸爸，我知道您是非常要强又非常追求完美的人，每天拼命工作，工作中的每个细节都要求精益求精，但是您总是耐心的一遍又一遍指出我的缺点，帮助我改正错误。您用关爱给了我信心，给了我前进的动力。
“滴水之恩，当以涌泉相报”，可父母对我的养育之恩又怎能又岂是“滴水”？羔羊尚且跪乳、乌鸦尚知反哺，我如何去回报你们对我的舐犊情深？亲爱的爸爸妈妈，我拿什么来报答您呢？

Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.

有一次，我舅舅从北京带了一只表回来送给我，那只表很漂亮，是神奇宝贝的，我很喜欢。我害怕了丢，就放在桌子上的'笔筒里，时不时拿出来看。
有一天，妈妈告诉我下午表弟来我家玩。“表弟”，这是一个多么可怕的名词呀！我立马联想到房间天翻地覆的场景，他也是一个神奇宝贝狂，我赶紧把表放在一个旧盒子里，再放在衣柜的最高处。下午，表弟果然准时来了。我在看电视，听见卧室里发出“叮叮咣咣”的声响，我的心一直悬着。终于，可怕的标的走了，待妈妈收拾完，我便飞一般的冲上衣柜上，咦？盒子呢？我把卧室翻了个遍，还是没找到，我焦急地问妈妈：“妈，你有没有看见一个旧盒子？”妈妈说：“被我扔了！”我又跑下楼去找，李阿姨问我怎么了？我说丢了一个旧盒子，李阿姨问我：“是不是这样的？”我一看就是，赶紧拿过来连声道谢。
我回到家里后，为了道谢每天在垃圾袋里塞一块钱，等我打开门就看到一块钱和一张纸条，上面写：你的好意我心领了，对我来说最好的报答就是，你有喝完的瓶子就给我吧。
从此以后，我每次都在过道放两袋垃圾，一带是家庭垃圾，一代时空矿泉水瓶。
